  1. In the school where I work we have had many, many problems with this model. Most recently a board replaced on 1st December failed again last week (the usual stuck in standby with orange light). I don't have exact figures to hand to but the percentage that need replacing under warranty is way into double figures. We are at the point where we are insisting on an upgrade to an RX model where this issue is not present. Do not buy 6000S!
  2. Hi all In our school we have one user who routinely finds that she cannot copy from O365 apps (empty clipboard). She is able to copy from other apps. The only fix I've found so far is to delete her local profile, but this 'fix' only lasts for a few days. The issue has survived a reimage of the PC and while it's the next logical step, I don't have the option of swapping out the PC to see if the issue moves with it. Does anyone know what might be causing this and have an idea of a more permanent fix? Thanks.
  3. Worked like a dream - thanks so much!
  4. That looks beautifully simple. I'll give it a go. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
  5. Long time lurker, first time poster. I have been asked by a teacher to make several additional Python libraries (PyGame, OpenAI, Numpy, OpenCV, Pandas, TensorFlow & PIL) available to all students using PCs in the IT suites. We use PDQ Deploy as much as we can, and I've used it to deploy IDLE and Python 3 with no problems but I'm struggling with with how to install additional libraries. Does anyone have any advice, or even better, PDQ packages? Installing to the C drive is preferable to AppData but I'll take whatever I can get! Thanks so much!
  6. I'm in the same position aidenbran2000. I'm currently trying to get my head around this https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/scriptcenter/New-User-Creation-tool-14fa73cd I'd love to hear if you have any success with it.
  7. We're lucky as teachers have to record their own - I just can't seem to find the data field to select when I'm building the report.
  8. I'm sure there must be a way, but I can't see how... I've been asked to provide a report on how which teachers have allocated behaviour points (and to whom) in a given time frame. Points I can work out every which way, but I can't seem to find how to put those points against an issuing teacher. Any ideas please?
  9. I'm in exactly the same position. Did you ever get any further forward?
