Does anyone know if there is a way of exporting photos in integris? other than going directly to the hosted server and getting them out of the main folder directory. just wondered if there is a report for it like there is in sims? thanks in advance.

Am I missing something or does Integris lack a good way of checking for duplicate parental contacts? Having RTFM for editing/adding contacts and searching for a menu item/report/routine to either list all contacts, report on them or flag duplicates, I can't find anything. There doesn't even appear to be a "view a list of contacts" option. (I'm spot-checking data in Integris against $new_MIS for due diligence and I have a lot of duplicate contacts)

I am trying to write a script to auto create user accounts from RM Integris. I have done everything except re-create the Pee-Request Script that RM provides for the Postman application. Specifically generating the signature to make the GET request. Has anyone ever managed this and would they mind sharing with me? Thank you Ian

Hi there, We have a number of people we support looking to setup scanning with Integris using MFD, what do we need to know and how would it work, does it scan straight to the application or does it poll on a folder and pick the jobs up from there. If somone can give me some insight to this and I can see if we can get the MFD's working in the fashion they want. Cheers

Hi All, I am used to SIMS but have moved to a school with Integris. Does anyone know how to set up timetabling. In SIMs we had Nova T is there a similar software?

I'm a school administrator and have been using SIMs for the last 7 years. I'm moving to a new school in September which uses RM Integris. In my current school the SIMs digital attendance register is taken in class and also has a 2nd tab which shows if the pupil will be having a school meal, packed lunch or is marked absent for lunch and so generates the school meal numbers. The office I am moving to still uses paper registers which is then input onto Integris by the office staff. Can anyone tell me if Integris attendance registers can be assigned to teachers and thus completed in classrooms and if it generates school meal numbers as SIMs does? I can't find an Integris manual online so any help/clarification much appreciated. Thanks for your time. Cheryl

Hi, I am looking for a support company that can provide continued support for, and support the movement of the software below from one server to a new server: Integris MIS CASPA BSquared Any recommendations? Many thanks

A little advice... Our LEA has just dropped the bombshell that from December they will no longer be paying for G2 as an LEA and that we will have to take over our own MIS management and pay RM ourselves or make alternative arrangements. Obviously we are not pleased, but it's way too short notice to do anything about it. Has anyone else moved away from G2 and got their data out and roughly how much did it cost? We are a junior school with about 150 staff and about 450 pupils, would someone like to suggest some suitable alternatives? We don't want to host internally, so I was contemplating Progresso as I have history with Advanced Learning products. Your thoughts?

Good afternoon (again). On to my second topic for the day, moving to Integris. The powers that be are considering a switch to RM Integris, we currently run SIMS and are a secondary school with a 6th form. I have been party to meetings with RM to discuss our needs as a school and have a look at their test system. From what I understand both from word of mouth and what I have seen first hand, Integris is a fantastic and viable alternative to SIMS for primary, but it is not developed enough to be a viable alternative to SIMS for a secondary school. I noticed that the links with exams and assessment were going to be an issue (i.e. they don't link and any data downloaded from exam boards would have to be exported and copied and pasted into assessment), and the fact there is no exam seating planner. Also there were some features in assessment manager I rely on that are not going to be available (individual reports are not so customisable as the Word mail-merge you can work with in SIMS, no result sets). I have also heard that Integris are quick to promise changes and upgrades to parts of their system, but do not deliver these in the timescales quoted, if at all. Does anyone have any useful comments that I can bring to the table at our next meeting on this subject so we go in to this with our eyes open and are more likely to make the right choice.

Hi. I used SIMS for 12 years, and am now 2 weeks into getting my head around RM Integris. I can't find out how to export all staff timetables to excel. Was so easy in SIMS. Ideally want the staff code/name down the left, and all the days and periods across the top. I would also want to be able to do this for students too. Any help would be hugely appreciated. Many thanks Kirstie

Does anyone have the installation files for RM Integris Accounts (is it the same as RM Accounts??) knocking around anywhere on their networks? -- You would be a massive life saver if you did. To explain: I have a school who moved away from RM about 2 years ago (prior to me) and need access to their old finance data for audit purposes... I've got the database files and everything set up on the server I'm just lacking the client installation files. I've called RM and of course, without a valid support contract in place with the school, they won't even talk to you. Any help greatly appreciated! Andy

Apparently an adviser to our Academy has recommend our schools move to Integris - this is without involving me (the only data manager in the academy), and now I'm curious how well it works. I've gone to RM's website, and downloaded their brochure, but it doesn't show much, and seems to spend as much time talking about it's value for money as anything else. The listed modules it shows make me wonder as well - does it do timetabling? I have to imagine it does, but it's not one of the modules it mentions, and outside of booking a demo, I figure the best place to find out is here. So - any good to those that use it - do you have anything to compare it to? Does it do timetabling? Is it really good value for money (In your opinion obviously). I went to Greed's website, but RM hadn't answered his survey, so not much there. For reference, we're a SIMS school, who uses G4S, and I've looked at Progresso (liked), ISAMS (liked) and Schoolpod (wasn't keen).

I don't suppose anyone has or knows where I can find a list of what security groups have what permissions in Integris G2? When I used to work with SIMS, they had a very handy spreadsheet showing what group gave what access, I was wondering if the same thing existed for Integris. It would save me a lot of trial and error assigning permissions

I would like to know if there are any IntegrisG2 jobs out there. Let me know if anyone looking for a G2 expert. Thanks

Hi All, YOu might have seen me thread on the "New Users" forum, just thought I would explain my reasons for being on here. I have 11 years experience, from leaving school I went to MIS Support as a junior, did that for 4 years, then did 3 years network management in Primary sector for the whole of my authority, then came back to MIS Support as the manager. While in the middle of managing the migration project from Integris Classic to G2, I also started RM Kaleidos installations for the whole of our Authority. I personally tended to the installations and the support which has been created from it, if you need any help or just to share practises I'm mroe than happy. I Am on the hunt for all Integris Schools, in all but the Secondary sector (i think SIMS is better suited to Seconday... personal opinion). I want to know if they receive support from their Authority and whether its any good - i'm hoping to be able to improve it. Take care guys

Just flagging up that IE 10 has caused issues with Integris G2 on a standalone laptop here. User reported slow loading after login - Desktop tab just shows Loading all the time and other tabs fail to show any data at all. User reported issue started last Wednesday and checked updates to see that IE 10 had been installed on an automatic update. Have rolled back to IE 9 and all fine again.

Well after months of waiting our LEA (Oxfordshire) has said we are going to be switching MIS from Capita SIMS to RM Integris. What I would like to know is what the genuine opinion (I'm an RM basher as much as any other person but in this case I need solid truth to present to others) is of other users of Integris (both from a technical and user stand point). The ultimate question will be do we bring SIMS on sight, let the LEA do whatever they want or look for an alternative.

We use Renaissance Learning's Accelerated Reader thingymuhbob, which needs data for all the pupils so the teacher in charge can do all sorts of fancy reports. I've started getting a custom report done for Integris so that it'll grab everything I need from it... but a lot of the information, the stuff the teacher wants for metrics, isn't in the same format. I'm currently looking at >1000 pupils and I really don't want to go through manually [allegedly the old guy did it, so the teachers don't want to sort their own classes] Attached is the template for the import, can anyone let me know how to get an Integris report to fill it in properly? ["Properly" means no going through manually] DTS Template.xls

Are there any other Integris G2 Users/Schools/LEA's here in the forums I would just like to hear from anyone to share experiences

Hi All I'm new to RM Integris and struggling to get my point across to RM support, so I wondered if anybody could answer me this query. When it comes to the primary side of things, is there a facility/function where you can export say termly summative assessments and/or test scores into a spreadsheet or doc, allow staff to add their assessments/scores and then import this doc back in to update the MIS? Where in the system would you go to do this export and then subsequent import? Thanks Mojo

RM sells it's MIS business (RM Integris and RM Finance - along with RM Accounts and Access Education Budgeting) to The Key Group. You can read the official announcement here - https://www.rm.com/news/2022/rm-plc-announces-sale-of-school-management-information-system-business-to-the-key-group

Hi in KS4 we have some students taking BTEC PE as a qualification, and the rest of the students are doing general PE (no qualification at the end of it). When creating class lists, how do I force Integris to give me the BTEC PE group information, over the General PE class info? Am hoping there's a way to do this in Integris, rather than getting my colleague to rewrite the timetable to separate it into two subjects. Thanks Kirstie

Hi I know this is a very long shot. Would any of you guys have the install files for an old version of Integris. It used to run from Omnis.exe and was installed in a folder called "keys". Thanks in advance Jamie

When we bought RM Integris they told us that api access was available; now it appears that it is "two or three releases away," at least unless you're a partner with a pre-integration. OTOH I've seen threads around here which seem to indicate that some kind of Integris api is already available. I'd love more information. Does anyone have any, please?
