I find copliot/Bing Chat really useful. I just wish they removed the 4000 character and 30 reply limits, these really limit it's practical use. You need to use the "Available for enrolled devices" assignment for it to show in company portal. You can use "requires install" and "available for" in conjunction, those apps then display a message saying it is required by the org.

Is it actually hosting your need or just a domain registrar? The free option is to create a MAT Nominet account and then get all the .sch.uk addresses transferred to that, there is no renewal cost for .sch.uk addresses. Then you can use whatever DNS host you want (we use AWS).

If you are working with a large volume of new devices you can also ask your vendor for a clean image to be installed on them and then they are shipped like that, pre-registered on autopilot and ready to go out of the box.

Call plan will give you a number and enable external calling but this is the most expensive licencing option. We went with operator connect, which works out the same price as other hosted SIP solutions. Direct routing is also an option.

We have this exact same setup. It's the shared PC mode that is disabling OneDrive, Microsoft say this is the intended behaviour. You need the following Configuration Profile assigned to those devices to 'fix' it. That might be the issue, it will be waiting for an assigned Azure AD user to sign in before applying anything. If you assign to the device it will do at the next check-in, or you could run a manual sync from the profile of the device in intune. EDIT* I'm assuming you have just logged in with a local admin account.

You will keep running into this problem with that volume of auto-generated emails. You will probably need to look at using a different system that is designed for that use case, sendgrid would be my recommendation.

What are you trying to replace it with? If you are trying to remove it you can provision the devices in "Shared PC" mode and it will remove the last logged-in and other user options and instead just show the username and password box.

Depends on what you're using on Azure. Some things will depend on usage but most services that a school would use are fixed costs per month. You can set strict controls over what accounts are allowed to set up new services that would incur costs, so it's more about setting your internal approval process for additional Azure spending.

If you have a CSP attached to your tenant you can ask to be billed via them. They will then invoice you monthly.

SPF validation makes up part of the DMARC check, it shows who is allowed to send emails via your domain. Had a quick look into this further as we use Arbor and had this problem. They now have 10 DNS lookups through their SPF entry alone so this is going to immediately put you over the limit, I'm going to raise it with them and see if there are any they can drop.
