I've been tasked with investigating if there are any alternatives to the ActivAll Program, so that we can compare/contrast before we go ahead and invest in this. Has anyone had any prior experience with ActivAll?

At one of my schools, we're in the process of transitioning away from Schools Broadband, to another provider. As it turns out, there's a 90 day termination "you must give us not less than ninety (90) days' notice in writing to be given before the end of the Minimum Term or any and each Renewal Term" which was on 01/01/23 and it's now the 10/01 After speaking with them today, we have now "auto enrolled until 31/03/24" which I haven't come across before with any other suppliers. Has anyone else come across a similar situation as this?

I've already got DKIM set up for our domain as so v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:***@***.net Are you saying that if we have that DMARC policy, then I don't need to worry about editing the SPF records? I can just revert to include:_spf.google.com

Appreciate you raising it with them to see if there are any they can drop.

For the past month, we've had emails that have been sent to parents' emails, either going into their junk, or worse still, not being received by them at all. I've tried speaking with Arbor directly, but as we buy our Arbor support through our Local Authority, they advise that I use them as a conduit. The problem there is, that our LA are very slow at replying to helpdesk messages. To make our position clear, I'll explain what I've implemented on our end. Just over two years ago, we bought fourteen Genee Classic 50" interactive screens. The supplied pens that they came with weren't great (a bit like their interactivity) and now most of the nibs have snapped off the end, thus making them useless as a touching device. However, trying to find replacement pens is turning out to be a real nightmare! With regards to purchasing, we're allowed to buy from Amazon, but only Amazon themselves, not a reseller selling their wares on the site. Has anyone else come across a similar problem? And did you manage to get replacement pens from somewhere that didn't cost the earth. Thanks
