I need some help here. No idea what I am doing regarding how to enable TFTP server on FreePBX. I have the config files I need for the cisco 6921 phones (I think). I need to get these onto the Free PBX TFTP Server. I have tried connecting using WinSCP but the TFTP server is either not installed or not started as WinSCP fails at "Searching for host". I have no idea how to check or to start TFTP.

Any takers for these? If any Schools are in need of these but finances are dire then please get in touch I am sure we can come to some agreement.

I am just using soft phones at the moment just for testing. I want to use phones internally only without a SIP Trunk to begin with.

I am using x-lite and the default seems to be 5060.

@FN-GM Where do I assign the port numbers please?

So before I start looking at the Cisco Phones I wanted to get FreePBX working internally with soft phones. I have installed FreePBX and updated all modules. Seems to be fine, no errors. I have created 2 extensions on FreePBX and I have installed X-Lite on 2 computers and managed to register with FreePBX. The phone software says it is registered but I cannot make any calls from one phone to the other. Is there a place in FreePBX where I can see the 2 soft phones I have registered? The phones register so why cant they communicate now? Have I missed something?

Any guidance on how you got the 6941 working? I am hoping the 6921 is similar.

Never touched anything to do with VoIP so this is all new to me. With FreePBX do you need to buy add-ons to get extra functionality (voicemail, caller ID etc) or is it all built in?

Is this just to see what drivers a system uses? I use Driver Grabber to pull drivers off a machine so I can then use them on another of the same make and model. How are your users logging on? Do you have a windows environment and they are all standalone machines, no domain?

We have just upgraded our Wireless System and now have 50 x Ruckus Zoneflex AP-7962 units available if anyone is interested? All 50 were working when removed. Just an update on this : we also have our original Zone Director 1000 (we upgraded to 3000 series) which is available. Looking for £500 for the lot.

For those running Chrome as default how does it handle SIMS Reports? Our staff use some SIMS reports that open in IE and then have the option to export to Excel. How does this work with Chrome?
