I tried in ear ones and I just didn't like them. I have used over ear headphones for years and find them more comfortable.

I need a pair of good Bluetooth Headphones, over ear, upto £100. Mainly for Gym use so need Noise Cancelling.

i will change mine over Christmas and then add the ones I know about to Trusted. See how many requests I get in the new year.

We leave it as it is because of all the systems we have that need to send email notifications ie MFDs (scan to email), Papercut, UPS's.

Roger's video helped!! My problem now is that everything was originally enabled. Not sure if that was the default as I don't remember setting it to enabled. Now if I disable then users will start losing access to Apps that I haven't whitelisted. I will have to go through each one in the list and trust those that I think users will need before disabling.

@Arthur - So is there no way of blocking users from adding Add-Ons to Docs/Sheets unless they are approved? Ok so posted before I saw @ADMaster reply.

@Arthur I have checked under Security and I have many Apps installed but none Trusted. What does this mean? Not trusting them hasn't stopped users installing them as Add-Ons to Docs/Sheets. What's the difference between "enable" and "disable" in your first screenshot? You have API access for drive disabled but you have 27 Apps listed against drive. So those 27 Add-Ons dont have API access but users can still use them?

Which trusted Apps list? Under extensions I block all extensions except the ones I allow but these are Doc/Sheet Add-Ons. Is there a separate section to allow these?

@Arthur - In your screenshot it shows against "Drive" 27 Apps and 267 users. Does this mean there are 27 Apps (Add-Ons) that your 267 users have added to Docs?

@Arthur - So if students and/or staff want Doc add-ons how do you handle that? Not Chrome Extensions but Doc Add-ons ie Zoho Writer or DocHub?

Those using G Suite can you tell me if you enable or disable the setting for "Drive SDK" and "Add-Ons" in Apps>G Suite>Settings for Drive and Docs for Staff and or Students?

@SchoolsBroadband will there be any compensation due to customers who went without phones all day? Not a good position for a school to be in if there are any emergencies.

I want to use LTSC across the board but our Primary School want Minecraft installed which isn't available with LTSC. Is there any way around this?

We must be doing something wrong then because gmailweb interface is set as our default for everything else but SAGE insists on trying to configure outlook when they try to send an email from within SAGE.

@Arthur we don't user FMS so hopefully its safe enough to deploy 64bit.

Currently using Office 2013 and MS recommendation has always been install 32bit. I think that advise has changed now for Office 2019 but if we are installing Office 2016 should I install 32bit or 64bit? If I go 64bit are there any issues other than incompatibility with some Office Add-ins, as we don't use any of those.

We have just moved to SAGE Online and the Finance Staff want to be able to email Remittance notices out to companies. Our workstations are set so that Gmail (Chrome) is the default mail client so any mailto links open in gmail. Problem is SAGE wants to configure Outlook each time they try to send an email out. Does anyone know how to change this behaviour. We have followed the help guides on setting up smtp within SAGE but its this configuring Outlook problem we cant get past. We dont use Outlook so want SAGE to open Chrome/Gmail instead. Is this possible?
