Has anything changed since the original post about removing the "other user" wording. Is there an official way of doing it now?

I know there are various threads already and the solution may be in one of them but I am limited on time as I need to get my image process completed today. I have set up MDT/WDS to push out a Windows 10 1803 image. All looks good but once the image is pushed out and MDT first logs into the fresh image to continue the task sequence I get the first login animation. Is there any way to remove this during the deployment? I have a gpo set up for after deployment to remove first login animation for users logging in for the first time but would be good to remove it during deployment too.

When you work out the price of all those services if bought separately and then add that cost to another providers basic service of fibre and firewall then you see what a good deal it is.

Totally agree with this. We are with LGfL and our Primary are moving over to them next year. Solid connection and good customer service. Since @JohnJackson took over the price has come down but the number of included services has gone up. Over 6 years that we have been with LGfL I cannot remember any significant times when we lost internet connectivity.

Our catering staff offer contactless payment as an option. We have 2 iZettle devices but these sync to 2 Android tablets. They just have a button on the till which says something like "card sale" and then the till operator puts the cost on the Android tablet iZettle app and the customer waves their card infront of the iZettle reader. When looking at the sales report anything that is recorded under "card sales" was paid for using a contactless payment card. We use Biostore not Cunninghams.

Depends what the laptops are used for. You may want to consider Chromebooks as a replacement. Much cheaper.

How does PDQ Deploy deal with software that requires a licence key to be installed post deployment?

This was the reason we didn't deploy file stream. I got quotes for backups and it just wasn't something we could afford. Currently relying on the built-in undelete feature of G Suite. If the file was deleted more than. 25 days ago then it is gone. We haven't had any requests for any files older than 25 days in the 4 years we have been running For Suite.

Isn't it the the lifetime of the switch? They have an end of sale date and an end of life date. Warranty normally ends 5 years after EOL date I think. That's what I always thought. I may be wrong.

We are using FSRM with file screening so exe saving does get blocked.

Could you still use FSRM to prevent saving of exe files. Have an exception for the visual studio folder and then use SRP as a path rule on the visual studio folder to stop them running the exe there but are still able to save there? They can then run the exe in the Virtualbox ?

Do the Computing Teachers in your School not use Visual Studio?
