We had this and followed the instructions in the links I posted on this thread /showthread.php?t=202857 Has worked for us. The instructions look the same. Silly question but you did add in the correct kms key in the script?

Roger, I did use that option but because the emails found were sent by many different users that means that each email creates its own PST file. I had this confirmed by Google Support this afternoon. Seems a mad way to do it. His only suggestion was that I put it in as a feature request.

Ok so after talking to Google Support it seems that if I do a search in vault that covers multiple users ie search for emails that contain a name then vault will create an export zip file and within that zip file will be individual emails each saved in pst format but zipped individually. This seems crazy as I would then have to unzip each file and then import each pst file individually into MS Outlook to view and print. That's over 500 zip files!!! Please, someone tell me there is an easier way to do this.

Using Google Vault I have found 500 emails that we need to look through to redact 3rd party names for a Subject Access Request. Is there an easy way to get the Google Vault export into Outlook? Or is there any easy way to print off all 500 emails and then we can manually go through them to redact names. Anyone done this please?

@Mattjones47 - That is good news. Do you know how title checks will work yet? Will it be similar to the way Ranger worked in that the agent scanned the title and if it was in the list of banned titles it instantly closed the application?

We have Ruckus for our main indoor wireless but the Ruckus outdoor APs are expensive. I guess if we bought a Unifi AP then it could act as a standalone AP as we wouldn't need anyone else connecting to it.

Need to have wireless access to internet on our All-Weather pitch so that when everyone gathers there for fire evac then the staff can pull up the Inventory visitor list on an iPad. We are in a similar position. NetSupport DNA can do most of that except for the title check but I have raised that with @Al_NetSupport who has said it shouldnt be too difficult to implement in a future release. They recently introduced max concurrent logins into DNA. The Ranger Remote Control is Netsupport School rebadged anyway so it should look and feel the same to teachers (newer UI as its been updated). You also get Tech Console for technicians to connect to machines and provide remote support. We also use DNA to schedule power off in the evenings.

Having problems here logging into mail and admin area. We get a 404 error. Can someone else try logging into admin.google.com? or mail.google.com?

Can you tell me which product you went with on AWS, seems like a baffling range. How much do you pay per month for AWS please? PM if you prefer.

We dont have any external backup. If a user deletes a file then it goes in their trash for 30 days. If it goes from trash then you as Admin have another 25 days to restore it. We have used Chromebooks and G Suite for over 3 years and this has been enough of a restore window.

Looking at Yealink T40 for normal users but not sure what to get for Reception.

So do they give you a switch-over date so you can keep using the number with your current supplier until then?
