When a Bitlocker encrypted USB stick is put into the PC and you go to my computer, there is the option to double click the icon on the main screen to open the password dialogue box to input the password or you can click on the left hand side bar where all your drives are listed. If you click the encrypted drive there do you get "Access Denied"? Hope that makes sense. We always get "Access denied" if we click the drive in the side bar. Why is that?

I don't look after the CCTV system but I have been asked to provide USB drives so footage can be transferred onto them to hand over to 3rd parties when required ie Police. I cant encrypt the USB drives as the CCTV system won't recognise Bitlocker. The staff who look after CCTV don't have the ability to enable bitlocker after transferring the files so it would have to come back to me to encrypt. How do other Schools deal with CCTV footage that needs to be handed over?

Low Power mode if enabled on Dells does this. We have to switch it off to allow WOL to work.

I already have Netsupport DNA for inventory and remote support so couldn't justify another paid product to do the same.

Is it recommended to have PDQ Deploy and PDQ Inventory if buying Enterprise?

Do you guys use the free version of PDQ Deploy or have you paid for Enterprise? Is Enterprise worth the cost?

Don't use them but they look interesting. what price level do they come in at?

Would you expand on this please? You mean completely nothing else pre-installed on the image so you can just swap for the latest and then post install everything else?

I did a quick trawl but I couldn't find a poll asking the same question. Basically want to know if SCCM is worth the effort, having never used it before. Only ever used MDT/WDS to deploy Windows 7. If you answer "something else" please state what that is.

I only have the plans at the moment. Nothing has been built yet.

We have a new block being built to extend the School. I am asking for ceiling mounted network ports in each classroom for Wireless Access Points. What would you do for Offices? Is it best to have corridor network ports for mounting APs so they cover a number of rooms? If so how far apart would they need to be? We currently have a Ruckus System with R510 APs.

Maybe @jamesleonard knows? I want to get the certification too.

Just the one that is included in the download. I jsut ran Exam WritePad from the folder I downloaded and extracted it to and amended the config file that was there.
