    I will definitely look into this further. We only have one user who frequents with this issue, but we have had a few here and there with the same or similar issue.

    Yes, we are. I will sign them out of all devices and have a new password set. Do you know of any other methods around this?

    We have a particular user in our organisation that will frequently call in the morning, saying that their account is inaccessible. This can be fixed by disabling and re-enabling the account, but I do not know what is causing this. When this occurs, there is not a recent bad password attempt shown within AD attribute editor nor within Azure. The account does not display as being disabled through our AD either. I am at a loss for where to look next.

    Hi All, Stackoverflow looks to be blocked by multiple internet filtering sites and I understand the general premise of the site, but am I putting the network at risk by allowing students to view the site? Thank you, Matt

    Did you have any issues hiding the C drive? As I mentioned I tried the 'Hide these specified drives in My Computer' with success and then tried through the Registry edit of 'NoDrives' (value: 4)

    We don't want students to tamper with the C drives on the devices at all. I still have a lot of learning to do and need to find the best ways to restrict what can be changed. I appreciate the info.

    Attempting to block the C Drive to students, but push OneDrive as a default. The issue is that when blocking the C drive, OneDrive also becomes blocked. there has also been no success when trying to hide the C drive, either through the GPO 'Hide these specified drives in My Computer' or through the Registry edit of 'NoDrives' (value: 4). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Unfortunately they are the free public domains such as gmail, hotmail, etc. I did see the ability to whitelist certain domains but I would still be hesitant.

    I was asked to allow users from any domain to join our Google Classrooms for a training group. I had denied the request as it seems like you cannot change this setting for specific Classrooms and rather only the entirety of Google Classroom. Then I had tried Teams, as the users will be using their personal email addresses so I had thought they could as a guest but when following the link emailed, it seems you need a Microsoft email account. Can anyone recommend me an area for users to share files and start chats that can be monitored by an admin?

    AB Tutor v9 is installed in two computer science classrooms. We have created our own DNS that the client connects to. But for some odd reason on a certain PC, the client version will randomly go missing. It is not possible for students to accessed the settings to uninstall manually, nor can they use the command prompt. I have had a look through the event logs without any success. This often happens to the console version also, where it will search for the wrong DNS or again, go missing entirely. Any help to why this is happening will be much appreciated

    It's an IPad mini (1) and randomly, about every 5-10 minutes it will restart itself. It will reboot with the apple logo showing. I have checked to see if it has the latest IOS and it seems to be up-to-date. Need to know if this is a hardware issue or something I can do to fix
