Or use the built in anti-spam agents on the HUB, just install them. However, if you can get Forefront for Exchange, then I would go for that. Other things you may want to consider is setting up SPF records for your smtp domain to reduce spoofing from your domain and reduce the likeness of your domain being blocked/blacklisted.

depending on the data thats stored on their will determine if and where it can be moved. you may have to use a pc as a temp location to move data to or build a server on to address the issue. You dont have enough slots for expansion so ypur options may be to purchase external storage to expand the current storage, e.g msa if using a hp server. Look into what is being used and if some data can be archived/deleted.

Fyi online moves are only supported when exch 2007 has sp3 deployed however worked fine with sp2 though its not supported anymore. As for the move check the move history for the mailboxes however its mozt likey the throttling policy is kicking in. Be careful when changing these settings, make a backup of the config file.
