  2. We are having the exact same problems. It's been referred to Capita but they don't seem to have any answers. We've tried all of the usual 'fixes' as described above, but still getting problems..... It seems to have been worse since the Summer 2018 update. Andrew

I've been told that under GDPR any CCTV images which are used for evidence purposes must be redacted and only show the faces of the suspects/victims and anyone else in the footage must have their face blurred out. Does anyone know if this is correct? If it is, any schools using CCTV will need to obtain the relevant software to allow this to be done. Andrew

  6. Thats interesting. All of the events are in the same time zone and were created in the same time zone. I upgraded my PC to the latest version of Windows 10 yesterday and I thought that might have caused it, but it's the same on a Windows 7 PC. I suspect its something which MS have recently applied???   7. Is this just happening to me, or is it affecting other people? All of a sudden, any 1 day events in my Office 365 Calendar have become 2 day events...!! It has royally screwed up my calendar.... I'm assuming this is some MS 'Update'???? Andrew

  11. You probably need to work out which registry key it updates with the license details then deploy that to all your PCs using Group Policy (GPP). Andrew
