  1. Be sure not to eat it.
  2. That's certainly blocked it, perfect. Thanks a bunch. Now if only there was a way to remove its presence from the start menu...
  3. I couldn't seem to find an application name to feed AppLocker for the Reality View Portal, unless it's named something vague and non-descriptive and I'm just being blind?
  4. So I've been looking into getting rid of this pesky program, as I don't fancy the kids having a way to potentially download 2gb of app data onto a PC at the touch of a button. We've recently moved from the LTSB build to 1709 after having trouble with start menus, and we've managed to strip away all the needed apps except for the following: Mixed Reality Portal Windows Defender Settings I'm not looking to necessarily uninstall these programs, but simply get them off the start menu. Any and all help appreciated.
  5. Linus is good, but it seems he's going down a clickbait path sadly. Shame to see. Vsauce1/2/3 are very good, focus on making complicated science understandable. Good delivery, if some rather niche subjects. Few example videos include: What if the moon was a discoball, what is the average day everyone will die, what if the sun vanished, and perhaps my favorite: what if the Earth was flat.
  6. Second this, OBS is a lightweight program that can be used for streaming to Youtube. It's easy to setup, and can allow for layer setups (So you could have a date/time, or pictures, whatever you need). If you have any questions on how to configure it, feel free to ask.
  7. What with the recent news of Echo's ignoring commands and randomly laughing, I think this is very fitting
  8. If you're working late, your eyes will thank me later: https://justgetflux.com/ Flux changes the color of your monitor to a more organic orange around later afternoon to help ease your eyes into natural light ,rather than having a jarring white screen. If you want a neat time waster, this website uses spotifys engine to move you from one artist to the next: Boil the Frog You can see it here, where it goes from Rock to early 1900's classical piano pretty seamlessly (also allows for the playlist to be saved to Spotify with 1 button) in 24 steps. If you're not sure what music you wanna listen to, plug two vastly different artists you like in and see what you get.
  9. Two short ten-min blasts here followed by sunlight. It's getting slowly closer to the time I walk home too getting snowed on and cold is the last thing I need!
  10. After yesterday we gritted the pathways around school, today it's been pretty much cloudless all day
  11. I thought corny jokes were supposed to be limited to the punny thread?

I'm finding that it punishes mistakes in the mid-game alot more than it used too. Especially the new war system, where you can loose entire sections of your empire in a few battles due to war exhaustion. However I built a Federation Builder Empire, spawned next to a Military Isolationist Fallen Empire. When they eventually turned their sights on me they were funneled through a pulsar system that stripped away their shields, and watched as their fleets were turned into mince meat by my defense platforms armed to the teeth with plasma accelerators >: ) muahahaha. Easily one of my favorite moments of playing Stellaris. In short totally agree, its a cracking expansion to the game.
  13. South East Oxfordshire reporting in, today was a bad day to wear a light coat and shirt. Luckily I brought my beanie with me.

My main problem with BOTW was that I was a little burnt out with open world games (after just having completed Final Fantasy XV, and Skyrim [again]). On a COMPLETELY seperate note, Stellaris 2.0: Apocalypse tonight. Can't wait to continue my rampage across the galaxy >: D Suffer not the xeno to live. EDIT: Welp, this is the post that got me my first star. I guess people appreciate nerdy references
  15. Not sure why it's called that, unless it has the golden arches cut and dyed into the front and we just can't see it in the photo?
  16. Almost sounds like the blizzard app clients might have limited downloads, check under settings to see if they have a bandwidth cap (haven't used the launcher for several years so I might be wrong in this, but I think it imposes a limit by default). EDIT: Ninja'd
  17. Booo, take your (well deserved) rep and leave!
  18. Where is Starman going to be in the future Website showing the real time location of the Roadster as well as its predicted orbit around the sun. You can watch all the way up to October 13th 2020 as of right now. Orbital information supplied by NASA.
  19. Ah, the joys of being in the remote 'shires countryside. If I wanted chicken, I'd jump the fence and go take one from neighbor/farmer fields.
  20. Did anyone hear about how the U.K and U.S.A are blaming Russia for the NotPetya attacks? I haven't seen any evidence, so I don't want to russ to conclusions.
  21. Once purchased all three core player handbooks (PH, Monster Manual, and DM guide) for 5th edition Dungeons&Dragons despite having all three in PDF form sat on my computer desktop
  22. Sadly doesn't seem to mention the towel-Hitchhikers combo, so maybe that didn't make it into space :c
  23. 25 cameras, with a tucked away monitor out of view. The monitor can only show 4 cameras at a time, and one of those is always showing cam1 (which is mounted above our office door). The only feed we can see is the camera mounted in the classroom that connects to our office/the server room, so that we have footage of the server room exits in case something bad happens. Or so we can hide under the desk when we see the Head coming our way
  24. This mans car insurance must be astronomical. Dear Sir/Madam, Due to a recent incident logged on your Tesla's black box, we have no choice but to increase your car insurance. Due to reckless acceleration to 25,000 Miles Per Hour we have adjusted your price accordingly. Thank you,
