Haha, darn. Either way still good. All I remember of the Moonbase Alpha game was the Text To Speech being used for comedic effect.

Orbital Insertion surpassed Mars orbit, instead heading to the Asteroid Belt between Mars and Jupiter-- rather close to the orbit of the dwarf planet Ceres. Should be interesting to see. "Tesla: Even in the event of a meteor storm, our cars keep driving".

[ipad] Lightspeed MDM can't hide settings menu

Oh well, that's a real shame. Guess we'll just have to firefight against people using the settings then. Thanks for the response. Given you some rep -
[ipad] Lightspeed MDM can't hide settings menu
Ksavage413 posted a topic in Mobile Devices & Tablets
Hi All, First off if this is the wrong place for this, go ahead and bounce it into the right section. Did sit for about five minutes and scratch my head as to where to put this exact problem, but here we go: We've had Lightspeed MDM managed Ipads out for a while, and a common problem is students going into settings menu and going hog wild on the accessibility settings, changing the WIFI onto our public facing one which means half the apps dont work, and just generally causing a lot of problems for us. It looks like for some reason you can't hide/disable the inbuilt options menu on the Ipad using lightspeed for some reason, despite the fact you can hide other inbuilt apps (itunes, home, find my iphone ETC). Even just being able to lock down certain settings would be a godsend, if we can't hide the app altogether. Any help would gladly be appreciated. -
[pics] Dinosaurs as pets: A short guide

You could have replaced Velociraptor with Cockatoo and the guide would be equally as applicable. -

Schools Broadband terms and conditions, Section 10.1: https://www.schoolsbroadband.co.uk/assets/28.11.17-Terms-and-Conditions.pdf I don't speak law-language, but sounds to me like it's distributed under cover of the T&C's, which would explain why LS have it.

Hiya. We've recently had a problem with Sophos sporadically using 100% disk, which has caused a major slowdown on a machine. It's an issue that seems to happens sporadically, so that could be worth keeping an eye on? We've also had a problem with the search bar causing slowdown, could be worth disabling that in registry and seeing if that makes a difference (not that it really does much in Win10 anyhow ). Hope these help.

European Electronique (stand C251) have a mini-lotto. I won the one-number prize and got a pair of touchscreen compatible gloves and a notebook&pen. As for other loot I was pretty lacking this year! Did however get a slice of pizza from a VERY generous stand who I'm not gonna name (don't want to mob them with people ). Do have my lovely lanyard and badge as well. Will post pictures when I get home.

Feet: Aching Free stuff: Collected pizza: Consumed All in all good first BETT experience. Shame I could only go for the one day, but happy to see everyone there!

Would love to get into the Twitch business (appear occasionally on a friend's stream and seem to be pretty popular). However my countryside 750 kb/s up down would probably not take a liking to streaming anything more complicated than a game of Pong (and even then it'll probably struggle). Oh well, maybe one day.

Let the Elite VS Star Citizen Debate begin > Will pop down sometime on the Wednesday as I'm mostly free, will most likely be whilst Network Manager is talking with people about some projects. Hope to see you all there.

Hi all, We've been having an odd issue here with Windows 10 and Office 13. Whenever a laptop updates it breaks office pretty hard. Symptoms as follows: Every program shortcut on the desktop is duplicated, and the original becomes invalid (results in things like outlook (broken) and outlook (1). All files and file/directory/web shortcuts are fine and unaffected. Anything that isn't in a sub-folder on the start menu is duplicated and breaks in the same way that program shortcuts do on the Desktop. All broken links redirect to an identical place on a non-existent X: drive (x:\Program Files\). So far we've just taken reactionary measures of cleaning up the shortcuts and start menu, uninstalling Office and reinstalling. This was fine when it was just the one user, but now we've had five and we're looking for a way to nip this problem in the bud before it becomes a serious pain in the backside. Thanks in advance.

Was an early backer of PUBG (knew PU from his days as an ARMA modder) and have recently fallen out of love with the game due to fatigue with it, plus the unoptimized state its in. Don't get me wrong, it's a fun game, but I've played it far too much. As for top 3 games of 2017: 1. Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands 2. Sonic Mania 3. Nier: Automata Honorable mention to Stellaris (Paradox Gaming), whilst you weren't released in 2017 you certainly took up more hours than my top 3 combined. It's almost shameful how much I played that game.

Envy all of those with cars this morning, had a 15 minute walk down a steepish hill. Slip count was in the dozens, actually falling flat on my face count was around 4. Scrapes and bruises aside, the snow looks rather pretty on the hills around here.

So just looked outside my window and its snowing kinda heavy, out of nowhere. Anyone else? From South East Oxfordshire.
