I don't think it is @DaveJ2717uk - saying that based on the other Samsungs I have seen where the HD is accessed under the back cover and anyhow the KB looks pretty firmly in place.

Now why didn't I think of that - sure enough there they are! That said with those screws out still the cover isn't coming off at all easily.

I'm trying to swap out a SATA drive with a SSD on a Samsung NP200A5B Laptop but can't see any obvious HD case retention screw on the back cover of the notebook. The back cover is solid apart from the slot for the memory. Can anyone give me a pointer please. I've searched the various You Tube videos but they all seem to referr to other Samsung models that have split back covers and obvious case removal screws.

Sort of right, but in this particular instance if there weren't a few have a go heroes about lord knows how many people this terrorist would have killed and injured. I agree with your OP @Nicolab and like you I have problems with the flipping iPad inserting miss-spellings. Pretty clear what you meant - not the end of the world, and certainly not something for fellow Edugeekers to make fun of. My excuse as ever is I'm dyslexic anyhow. Those folk who did capture images of the incident certainly aided the investigation so it's a bit of a quandary if they did right or wrong. It takes someone pretty brave and tough to jump in when a knife is being used as a weapon.

Our school admin account on O365 received am e-mail today that looks like a genuine message from Google but with an embedded password reset link asking the Admin staff to confirm their account. The message seems to originate from: [email protected] Phishing is my guess - anyone else experienced this?

What sort of things are you using it for? I hear it's particularly useful for Governors, with Clerks able to circulate all sorts through it securely.

Does anyone know if Yammer is still covered by the O365 agreement that schools have access to. I'm pretty sure it was when our O365 was set up close on 2 years ago now. Not a tool we have used but I understand that a lot of schools are now using it for secure communication for Governors etc.

Turns out the lads did this work under the direction of their ICT Teacher and he wants them to continue being able to do so. Can't say I'm happy about it. On the other hand it makes a nice change to have a Head of IT who actually knows what they are doing!

Had this ongoing issue since Office 2010. Resolution for my school came from a fab chap at Capita who was visiting to install a server. It was all to do with permissions on the Windows / Temp folder. Needed to set it so that Everyone has full permissions. Worked a treat.

I stand by for incoming but I've just been on the Admin section of O365 and find that some of our students have been able to set up Groups and nominate themselves as Admins in those groups. Is that a meant to be feature or a weakness that I need to seek MS support advice on?

SWGfL support has been one reason why we have stuck with them - through thick and thin. I can't recall an instance when a UK based support Agent has let us down. Our experience of their overseas call centre support has been pretty good as well. Odd occasions where they have difficulty understanding my Cornish national accent and equally odd occasions where I have had difficulty with their spoken English but on the whole satisfied. Sounds like they have badly let you down though @JGoswell
