on 2nd looks Sorbs has us on a blacklist could this be what the answer is? Plenty of space, re-started SMTP, external client gets a bounce back saying timed out,

all tests came back ok? But there not......

Afternoon, Running exchange 2007 on a 2003 R2 box this is what is happening: Internal to internal email fine Internal to external email fine External to internal not delivering at home logged on through the OWA to internal mail fine (so line issue) Nothing at all has changed on the server, uninstalled the anti virus and spam filter. Rebooted. No message que appearing ANY IDEAS PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Does anyone have any info on this? looks alot like the cycle to work scheme? Our spot are thinking about going with it?

Keep getting the below error on an increasing amount of machines around the college, no new updates have been ran before this started to happen any ideas?

We had this problem was the connectors at the back of the screen, if you undo a few screws you can take the panel off near the screen and press down on the connectors to see if this solves the problem! The laptops were quite old so will choose to soilder them ourselves, solved the issues for a few months then we replaced. Must be common fault on them.

there not broken BUT..... We use IIS here to give staff access to there files from home using web folders through a staff portal. This works well. However, when a staff member logs in they see their files in a list view, with date modified ect not actual folders. Now this is not all staff, only some. With leads me to believe it is a computer setting or update. I have tried to update my web folders at home with no avail and change my interent securtiy setting and also my cookies ect so no avail! This is also the case when accessing them within the school, when in this view it also does not map the network drive to upload back? Any ideas?

Bit of background we have 5 large plasma screens that were displaying the life channel (shocking service has made us move away). So were having bought five new screens and the staff would like to play powerpoints on them, so does anyone have any ideas, products they know one where we can set one PC up to display on all 5? got it pinging now and mapping the simsroot folder but no internet connection or SQL server will start! things keep getting stranger!

the server goes into the main core switch all other servers work, I have unpatched the cable going into the sims server and tested it in a laptop and that connects fine! nothing about the SQL server in the logs! other than its unable to start!

Morning, Came in this morning to a power failure! got everything back up and running other than the sims server: its running server 2003 it has an IP address but you cannot ping it! sims will not run locally because the SQL server will not start on the machine either! the sims server cannot talk to other servers or be pinged! Anyone have any ideas? Thinking the network card may be dodgy, however it does have an IP! bit funny the SQL server will not start either! two different issues or related.... Thanks

We use Capita's FMS (not the cheapest but does EVERYTHING), staff have access to raise an order. Finance officer auth's it and emails off a PO number! make an order before 12 and it goes the same day and good are here the next morning. Works well for us.

Cpanel! we've got sophos Ent console but cannot find that part! ill keep digging!

I'll look in to it! Yes Cpanel does our call logging system as well as our room booking as well nice bit of kit when it works!

we use somethig called CPanel which was build by a local NM around our area which doesnt show the releveant info i need!
