Hi, What are you using? And more importantly what are you paying? I like impero with everything included, but id be happy with just someone to lock pc's for teachers in the suite. Anyone using hp classroom, and if so what are the costs? Thanks!

Thanks Steve, Just taken a look at this in 2007 it seemed to be always visible, now in 2013 it seems to hide unless you hover over the bottom left corner. You're right though that seems to do the job in powerpoint, how about word though?

Hi, We are looking for a smart ink alternative to use with our touch screens, the brief is to be able to write across powerpoint, word etc, maybe the odd web page but that is it. Thanks!

This is driving me crazy, upgraded to 10.10.1 which seemed to have resolved the issue, but like most people with solution only lasted a few days. Time to roll back? I think

If i use apple configurator and un tick supervise, i can install my enrollment profile fine. Any ideas?????

Hi, I am using apple configurator to setup 40 iPads, everything is going okay until it comes to enrolling the device in profile manager. To get the iPads to successfully prepare and supervise, i have to leave the enrolment profile out as it throws up this error during install. When installing the profile manually on the iPad i get the error profile installation failed the server certificate for https://servername/devicemanagement/api/device/auto_join_ota_service is invalid When i visit that url on the macserver i get 405 Method Not Supported : GET Can anyone help, couldn't find a great deal about this on apples forums

Hi, I want to be able to manager our entire suite of iPads/macbooks/imacs with profile manager. Around 100 devices. My only issues seems to be enrolling them correctly, as it wants to apply enrolment and settings based on the user and not the machine, as none of these are personal devices, managing settings and apps based on who has enrolled it seems pretty useless. Also it seems as one user you an only enrol one macbook for example as when you login to enroll the 2nd macbook, it removes the first enrolment. The only way i can think of doing this is to create user accounts for each device and then group them, so users, ipad1, ipad2, macbook1, macbook 2 etc After searching i can't seem to find a lot on how to get these setup for a multi-user environment. Also if anyone could share with me, how you correctly deploy apps using profile manager and VPP Many Thanks!

Having the same issue, only a restore hasn't resolved the issue, just trying to locate the post about completely removing server app and all of its data but unable to find the post on here, if you simply delete the app and reinstall, it saves all previous data used, i would like to do a complete fresh install of server app. Any one know how to do this? Cheers

Hi, We use it to manage macs, but its a PITA. Often i find new settings will apply to around 90% right away and then simply hang on the last few. We have tried to embrace the change from WGM here but, that WGM seemed to work much better for managing OSX.

Any alternatives to Citrix

Can't believe i was about to post the exact same thing this morning. How much is your current cc4 solution costing you? -
Would this work if you are using profile manager too?
