VB is a wonderfull tool to have in your arsenal! PHP is hard to write if your not used to it. Myself i hae spent tooooo many hours sweating over a PHP screen. D

PHP is pretty good I think. Pascal is getting a little old now. As @PowdarMonkey said C based languages are the way to go nowdays.

I started out many years ago when I was just a small fry programming in QBasic and Pascal! I now do a bit of everything, not amazing in any, very good at php, but can get by with most. D

I'd go for the new BB Storm 2 or the new Curve, I currently run a Curve 8900 and I love it, when my contract is up it will prob be the storm 2. D

Yeah something like that, keeps us techs doing what were best at and other staff can handle the info requests. You could very easily just set up an online news page that people can access from home or internet enabled devices ie phones. D

We have in place I think a mobile phone plan that kicks into action with the disaster plan, where certain members of staff are allcated phones and are kept up to date via phone or txt.
