is force local home directory ticked? System preferences -> Users and Groups -> Login Options -> Join. Click on "open directory utility", click AD and click the pencil. Click the arrow next to Show Advanced Options and check whether it is ticked in there. If it is then untick it and click OK! That should do the trick!

This solved it for us when we were having exactly the same issues: When the choice of printing remittance slips comes up with Yes/No. Reading the instructions though it is this stage which as well as printing remittance slips also sends the emails to the recipients. Doing a test run and clicking "Yes" this time to print remittance slips, a yellow box flashed up saying something about sending emails.

anyone got any ideas about this? The problem seems to have reocurred!

Cataclismic - I have the answer for you (I think!) and it is in terms of the BioStoreUpdate.exe on the server. What server are you running? (2008? 2003?). You need to tell your IT guy to add a scheduled task for it. For instance, the location of our file is "D:\Cashless Catering\Impact\BioStoreUpdate.exe" and the argument is "/C". This file runs every hour which updates our biostore and impact etc. Give me a PM if you need some help

Hi all We are rebuilding our Mac server. Now, our machines join to OD and AD fine and I have tested the user (I have set up software restrictions for a bank of users and they are restricted when I log on) and it pulls down OD policies ... however in WGM no Computers appear It is really spooky as when I try and add the iMac manually with it's afp:// address it says it exists, but obviously that is useless to me as I need to put them into Computer groups to pull settings down. ideas? Hi, A quick question and I really do not know the answer to this and sorry if this is the wrong forum!! I am just setting up my netscaler. I have set up Access Gateway and a certificate etc and can access the AG webpage from an internal IP. However, I can't access it externally! All the rules etc are set up in my firewall and I have tested the rules by using another web server I have so I am at a loss at is is apparant the problem lies with the NS! Any help appreciated.
