We deploy the managed version of creative cloud for shared machines. The unmanaged version for staff. As other have said we hit the 8gb limit.. quick ticket got our limit increased to 30gb.. now have all the variants deployed in intune for deployment

I disagree. There is a plethora of intune policies designed for shared devices.

I probably should have added - if you go this route, make sure you get yourself a fast web host. Don't try and stick it on Go Daddy or something, otherwise your experience will be horrible. We use:Black Owl 🦉 IT Support and Services for Home, Education and Business They even setup the helpdesk for us.

We have found InTune to be generally..rather quick, up until last week when we did a mass enroll of a full site. I wondered if maybe we were hitting some kind of throttle from MS. I am keen keep an eye on the thread though, to see what people might suggest. But as the other comment put, not sure on the risk to your network? The benefits to InTune are zero trust.. they don't have access to anything other than the local machine.

I know someone who’s went to a security convention who said it was confirmed that the government are asking for hikvision to not go in sensitive areas, but no ban for councils or schools. Obviously this is just hearsay.. but I’m not stopping buying it until I see a ban.. The value is just impossible to beat! If you have a firewall.. don’t see why you would be worried!!?

Morning everyone, As you will have recently noticed, Amazon have changed their T&C's regarding the amount of books you can deploy to kindle devices. We all know Kindle's aren't very good for being managed. Finance are reluctant to setup more Amazon Accounts (rightly so). How do other schools manage this? Are you using another service? Thoughts would be welcomed. Thanks in advance.

I think you have highlighted our same issues. The biggest one for us, is the central finance reports. They are Absolutely shocking! There is no way to run reconciliation reports from the central trust portal. It has to be run on each school site. This is all but put a stop to our trust finance team wanting to move to Arbor payments. Very frustrating!
