    I'm getting the following when trying to search, tried chrome and edge: connection to 172.31.32.87:9312 failed (errno=110, msg=Connection timed out)

    Enough of them around London, and usually found with an absence of common sense!     I'd be more concerned that a company with responsibilities for safety and security within technology: a) made numerous basic mistakes relating to a certificate b) ignored the numerous schools in this thread who have been given the runaround after these mistakes c) Refused to apologise for their mess

    I would pull the drive from the mac, stick it in an external enclosure, then you can hold alt and boot the temp mac, and boot off of the external drive

    If you're on win10, it was probably a win10 notification, and should be able to find it from the notification centre at the bottom right. Odds are it was completely unrelated and didn't have your name on it!

    Just want to make sure, the guide instructs you to create a db user with the username "snipeit", whereas the username in the error is "snipe". Did you definitely create the db user with that username?
