Are you using the RDP file provided by PSFinancials? It's not a direct connection, they use a gateway server. I'd also echo that you don't want to be putting your own RDP servers directly on the internet, and would invest in a VPN or RD Gateway for accessing your remote sites.

Actually, looking at the documentation, you'll need the account in snipe-it before you can log in using SAML, so unless you manually imported the users, you'll need to do an LDAP sync first.

On the user's account tab, if it's locked out it will say so under the "unlock account" checkbox.

I have finally unboxed the one we bought, the motherboard is generic, the RAM is OEM but 3200MT/S, the NVME is an oem phison unit, the CPU cooler is Master Cooler, GPU is Zotac, and the case, fans and PSU are all Inwin. All in all, not a bad little PC!
