Unfortunately non of the solutions mentioned have had any effect. It's still blocking daily. It's a VM so I'll snapshot it and do in an in place upgrade to see if that helps.

Hi all, We have a print server being problematic. The spooler regularly gets stuck on the print server, I've even configured the printer options to print directly to printer and I still get a raft of stuck jobs in the queue. Is it worth doing in place upgrade to 2022 if this is just a known issue with older server versions and to save time troubleshooting? Getting frustrating for me to keep restarting the print spooler. If it's of any importance they are Sharp MFD's. I hate printers!

Hopefully just a MAF sensor.

Masters of the Air Good, but not on the same level as Band of Brothers as people were hoping for. The characters just aren't as likeable and lots of cliche catchphrases. Would recommend though, it's well made and has some good tense moments. Up to episode 4 so far.

Hi Jay, If it's privacy you're looking for, would it not be best to setup print codes for users and the driver present a pop up box asking for code when printing? If the driver doesn't support or that's not suitable for the site you might be better looking at PaperCut.

They are in the process of migrating schools to Netsweeper Cloud so I wouldn't be surprised if it is someway frozen whilst you are migrated. Have you been given a migration date? I'm currently having issues with sites showing "Connection not secure" message randomly. A refresh usually sorts, I'm assuming this is also related to the migration underway.

Hi all, I'm looking at setting up the Netsweeper authentication portal for non-domain devices. Mainly iPads. The instructions from the LA state that these devices should be on a certain IP range and Netsweeper should filter by auth portal based on that range. This seems like a lot of network changes for this, example being new iPads would have to be added to "iPad DHCP range" by MAC address. How has anyone else managed this? I thought I could just switch this on for our IP range and any devices not on the Wagent would need to authenticate. Any advice is appreciated!

Decommissioned most in my schools I look after, though some still have a suite. When it was time to refresh the PC's we bought laptops and trolleys instead and the suite normally gets turned into an intervention room. As said previously, space is at a premium in primaries.

Hi all, Have a question to see how you guys are handling iPad monitoring with Netsweeper. Currently we have weekly reports set up and for AD joined PC's this shows who was logged on thanks to the agent. But for our iPads the reports obviously just show the any entries on the reports but no way of knowing who used the iPad. Curious how other schools are handling this, is there a forced auth portal that can be enabled? For background, school is a small primary and Netsweeper is provided by Lancashire County Council.

Honestly it seems only android guys seem to make issue with it so far. Not looking to cause an issues with anyone, but I can't remember last time I plugged in my phone and transferred data. It's all cloud these days for me. As for wireless charging I've no idea, I stick my phone on my wireless charging stand at night and it charges. That'll do for me haha. I'm super basic user of a phone, few photos, music streaming and that's about it.

Just bought the 13 instead from a really battered XS. Nice little upgrade, the 14/15 features and price wasn't enough for me so happy with the 13.

When she came round to ours last time, I made it without the sausage meat, but separately I had some marinaded chicken thighs in honey and soy sauce, I cooked these so they were nice and golden brown and served on top of the rice dish. would work with veggie sausages and veg stock too! I also use Chorizo but you've to careful as a lot of oil will naturally come out the chorizo as it's cooking.

I like to make this to use up a few bits from the fridge. Nice one pot wonder. Sausage and rice: In a heavy bottom pan fry a sliced onion, red preferred but any will do Add one sliced pepper and some chopped garlic Take the sausages out the skin and add them to the pan breaking them up with your wooden spoon, fry until they have a nice colour Add any other veg, such as mushrooms or tender stem broccoli Add 1tsp paprika, 1/2tsp of cumin, 1/2 of chilli powder (to taste) Add one cup of uncooked rice and add two cups chicken stock Cover and cook on lowest heat for around 15-20 minutes. Check on it and top up with water if needed Server with fresh chopped parsley We call it risotto but it quite clearly isn't

Weirdly been fine in the heat. Sweaty session at bjj on Monday night and I'm training for a 10k road race next month so I ran last night (6PM) and managed average pace of 8:12 min/per mile so pretty happy with that in the heat. Worst part is sitting around in shirt and tie in stuffy offices.

Funny, I've just had a complaint from a user saying email isn't coming through regularly. Nothing for hours then a few come in at once. O365 having issues at the moment?

Pretty sure that's how It works at one of my schools with the same setup. Only issue I had is that Wonde was pulling reg groups and year groups through and was essentially making two of the same classes as the school is single form entry, so that made google classroom a bit messy.

We use Netsweeper provided by our LA. No idea on costs but works well for us but reports can be slow to generate.

That looks a great tool, I'll have a play around and see if it helps. The site map is tricky as it's all nested, an example is year 6 > topic 1 > files There's 10+ topics per year group with multiple files per topic. What a headache! A school that's local to us may have a copy so hoping that plays out!
