I had a really boozy weekend as it was a friends wedding. I drank all weekend and generally felt like the pits all this week. Until i went kickboxing/jujitsu last night. Then i felt considerably worse. I know that the drink is gonna affect your performance days after, but damn. We were sparing last and i got my arse kicked on each fight. Honestly, by the end of the night i could just about hold my hands up to my fighting stance. I was not only slow to move, but slow to react and had absolutely no pace at all. Sweating and breathing deeply when everyone else was just getting warmed up! A quiet weekend is order i think so i can turn super saiyan next week and kick some arse!

So my 15 year old vacuum cleaner will be on top gear then.

Thought guy martin was just bikes?

As long as it's not some bimbo with big knockers just to get men watching i'll be happy. At least old top gear didn't do that.

Haha! True. Don't some cash machines still run on XP?

They reboot the part of the computer system in F1. When the energy recovery system starts playing up they just do a reset. This does not stop the engine or hydraulics, just restarts the KERS/ERS subsystem. Last year, Nico Rosberg had to do it in the pits due to various faults and as the system was restarting you could see the Mercedes logo on the steering wheel screen as the system restarted.

AQA Website is NOT IE Compatible!
Patrick replied to chazzy2501's topic in Internet Related/Filtering/Firewall
I'm rolling out chrome to all my schools. Staff much prefer it and it's better for me as they don't come to me saying the website they want isn't compatible with IE! Downside is i can't push out bookmarks from the server. -
Our LA has rolled out lightspeed for all of county to use. I really like it, it's hosted by county so i rarely have to do anything with it other than unblock sites. Not used Smoothwall so i couldn't give you any more info really.

Autocentre fined £47,000 following undercover sting

Yeah, understandable. It'd be another long drawn out affair that i couldn't be bothered to go through. -

There's everything wrong with quickfit. Trying to charge me hundreds of pounds for a job that simply did not need doing is fraudulent. Couldn't you claim legal expenses against them? I'm not clued up on law proceedings but i thought you could claim back off them as it was them taking you to court? -

Quickfit are just as bad. I went there to get my tracking sorted as it was out, they claimed that my track rod ends had seized up and needed replacing and said they'd do it now. So i went to my "fred in the shed" mechanic and asked him to look at the track rod ends, he said he could have turned the nuts with his fingers if he tried. Nothing seized about them! I will always rather give my money to that respectable "fred in the shed" mechanic rather than a big garage. Ford just did a service on my car (still in warranty) and i'm 90% sure they didn't even do anything! They didn't even run the hose over it! -
I would. No point in waiting till it fails and having downtime waiting for a replacement.

I deadlift, i do bent over rows, and DB rows and pull ups (not very well). I can honestly say, since starting martial arts training, i've been making all KINDZ OF GAINZ in my lats. Kicking and punching really activates your lats and i'm feeling Doms in my lats for the first time in months. Feels good mang.

You ever buy from myprotein.co.uk? I find it to be a pretty cheap source.

I'm don't like cheese, do they taste cheesy or just like a nice flavored yogurt?
-
You don't need a MacBook for that. Any PC connected to a projector with Air Server installed can have what ever is on the iPad/iPhone displayed on the IWB. No need for Apple TV. Plus, Air Server is CHEAP! Ha. But i get that you want nothing wired to the projector apart from Apple TV.

I've had switches crash before causing odd issues. I've rebooted them and all was well. Can't remember what model they were though.

He was good in Gone Girl as well.

I like how his suit is like the one from interstellar.

Feel your pain with shoulders. My standing OHP is 45kg for 5 reps inc the bar. And i tend to swing a bit with it. My shoulders are by far my weakest group and have always lagged behind. On a plus note, since MA my tricep strength has gone up oddly and i'm now blasting out dips nicely and might even try weighted dips soon. Current BW is 75kg.

I have the 1.0 fiesta Zetec s 125bhp. It is good on fuel but the official facts and figures on fuel consumption are wrong, ford say it will do 65mpg but I get 43mpg. Point is take all the facts and figures manufactory says with a pinch of salt, and if you are buying a used car, find the owners club website and see what common faults there are to look out for.

Kick boxing last night, doing 30 second bouts of the hardest punches you can throw with 1 min rest between. Jab cross jab cross jab cross... It felt awesome to throwing that energy out, but damn my left shoulder hurts today. Eventually it was hard just to keep my fighting stance! Good fun.
