Not actually tried as we have everything installed on our terminal server. Have you tried to send them out yet? If successful you should be able to deploy the PSF.ini via gpo which has all the settings such as server and port numbers.

Has anyone managed to get the Sensitive Word List working under 365 Spam settings? These guys are talking about it but not actually said if they have got it to work. (exchange 2013 - Office 365 - what is in the "Sensitive Word List" for spam filtering? - Server Fault)

Thanks Steve, we are using DirSync how does this work with the Alumni licence? I'm guessing users are still going to end up in the Deleted Users if I remove them from AD....

Can someone remind me what happens to a 365 Mailbox when we delete a student from AD that has left the school? I’m pretty sure I have read somewhere that they have the option to convert the account into an Outlook/Live account…

Hi everyone, just looking for some quick advice on the items below we are using Report Cards within SIMS and I was wondering if you can add more than one report card to a student? – I have tried and it says the date overlaps another report on the system! When we first set it up we started off with a couple of targets: Red, Amber and Green. Staff wanted targets to be set at individual to subjects so I created template for each subject. Now staff are requesting combinations of templates Maths and History….etc. Which I have refused to do as you can imagine the admin involved. Is there a better way to do this? how do you have this setup?

Our staff are also having issues with timers within SMART Notebook 11.4 (can’t afford 11.5!) Is there anyone else having the same issue, I'm guessing it’s because flash has been updated several times since 11.4 was created and therefore no longer compatible?

Hi Everyone, I cant seem to add new subjects to existing report card templates, the option is greyed out. Is this normal behaviour? I've checked SupportNet and cant find anything....

Hi Rich, Did you get anywhere with this? I'm in the same situation or though I've not tried yet! I want to offset the backups to keep a copy on a NAS located in the school. Do I just create a backup job to run once a month to a NAS box, or is there a built in feature that will do this?

Hi Everyone, We have also moved our Biorstore server, would it be possible for someone to send us the installers via dropbox or something? Basically it looks like we have had an upgrade at some point and the installers folder wasn't updated.

Hi Everyone, Does anyone know a way to cancel a deployment on SOLUS 3, I've clicked the wrong button and now that the deployment has started the "Cancel Deployment" button is not selectable. The clients have already got the same version that I've deployed so I don't know whether I should let it carry on or whether its going to reinstall SIMS on everyone's computers!!! If anyone knows away to clear this that would be great, for now I've disabled the services.

Sorry if this is going off the original topic Nathan we are also looking into this for our trust, I'd be interested to know what PBX's you have been looking at and wether it's cloud based or hosted in house. -
I don't think groups would solve this issue would it? , I'm happy with the powershell script I'm using. I don't want to activate exchange I just want students to take advantage of downloading a free copy of office which seems to be working but can't work out how to disable the OneDrive... Happy to investigate groups if you think it will?

We are syncing from AD using DirSync. Applying licences based on the 'Department' property in AD which then allows us to assign Faculty/Student licences.

Apologies if this has already been asked, I was just wondering if we can disable OneDrive on 365? I cant find any Powershell scripts to turn off this tick box for plan: Office 365 ProPlus for Students. I was hoping we could use the -DisabledPlans command....

I backup our sims database onto a USB pen drive, pop it into a jiffy bag then post it in the letter box at the end of the road. -
