Hi, I am starting to use HAP and i need to update all of our students active directory accounts so they have the UPN in the Employee ID Field. Has anyone else had to do this before and have any good scripts or software to use? Thanks in advanced !

Hi All, I am currently investigating HAP+ to enable users to use their student homedrives from home. First impressions are great, easy to use and implement. Now that I have the webapplication up and running in a POC environment I'm thinking about scalability/high availability etc. My first question, regards real-world usage figures: How many students do you have in total and how many are using the tool (concurrent usage). Second, does anyone have a High Availability setup? And if so, would you be so kind to provide details? (Example: MS NLB, Hardware Loadbalancers, etc.) Thanks in advance! Regards, Dennis

Is there anyway i can have a separate tile showing a certain exchange calendar? e.g. school calendar? Thanks!

Hey guys, Just installed and configured HAP+ on our internal web server, works great and it is just what we need. At the moment, I have it running on https://InternalWebServerName/HAP, but I will want to configure it using our schools domain name, eg hap.schoolwebaddress.co.uk. The way i understand this, when I have it set up, people will have to navigate to https://hap.schoolwebaddress.co.uk/hap in order to reach it. Is there anything i can do in iis to allow that domain name to go straight to the HAP+ login page without having to put in "/hap" at the end of the domain? Any help will be much appreciated! Regards Harry

Please can anyone help me resolve this issue, that's just started happening when using HAP. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, I am trying to use HAP+ on a RM cc3 network and did have it working but then unfortunately lost a lot of my GPO's on all three of my domain controllers and now have an issue. It seems that unless the user that I am using has some sort of management right I cant log in. If the user has management rights set to 'none' in management console it will not allow a log in. If the management right is set to any of the other privileges, 'Delegate' 'Authorise' 'Network ''Domain Admin', it will log in fine. I obviously don't want any of my teachers to have any rights so im a bit stumped on how to sort this out. The error i get is shown below: Server Error in '/HAP' Application. Something is wrong Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. Exception Details: System.Exception: Something is wrong Source Error: An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below. Hey, i'm just muddling my way through a HAP+ install (v6.4) and i must say it is looking awesome. I'm struggling a little bit at working out how to import room booking data from SIMS. What specific data format must the export be and should the room names in HAP match the "Code" or the "Name" from SIMS?? Any advice would be greatly received! Thanks again for this software, it's looking great! Matt

I'm attempting to get it running on IIS 8.5 running on Windows 2012 R2. Can someone point out what I'm expecting will be something obvious. Thanks in advance Simon
