Hi all, We currently have our Dell WYSE clients managed by the free version of Teradici but have exceeded the 100 unit limit. They want stupid money for the full version I've heard that most management console wont talk to them due to their architecture.. So what are you using to manage these? Anything free or cheap lol Thanks

Hello! As the title suggests; what do you use to monitor what users are logged into which workstation? I use to work for RM and the only thing I miss was the ability to view all the computers and users and see where a user is logged in and visa versa in the management console. I was wondering how you guys retrieve this information so i can implement something new to make our lives easier. Many thanks. Tom

Hi, I am trying to use HAP+ on a RM cc3 network and did have it working but then unfortunately lost a lot of my GPO's on all three of my domain controllers and now have an issue. It seems that unless the user that I am using has some sort of management right I cant log in. If the user has management rights set to 'none' in management console it will not allow a log in. If the management right is set to any of the other privileges, 'Delegate' 'Authorise' 'Network ''Domain Admin', it will log in fine. I obviously don't want any of my teachers to have any rights so im a bit stumped on how to sort this out. The error i get is shown below: Server Error in '/HAP' Application. Something is wrong Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. On our RM CC3 network, after losing all our shares after an iSCSI discovery issue with our new SAN, I now get the following when trying to open the user node after recovering the H drive... Error The response from the server was not valid xml: System does not support the specific encoding. This doesn't show anything under users after clicking ok to this. The management console is running very slowly on start and I also have no workstations showing in the domain, whether under locations (which are showing but with nothing in them), or by searching for workstations. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas while I'm waiting to hear from RM, as September is getting closer by the minute. Everything looks ok in Active directory, and the shares seem ok on the folders... Thanks, Laura
