  1. You would need to modify your cycle in Nova-T6, send over the cycle with a future date, send over your timetable and then reapply the timetable I believe.
  2. This might help: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/121936 Additionally, might help having an Update Cache onsite if you haven't already and configuring that as a Message Relay too.
  3. For readers, we now use Reading Pen's a lot more - the one's we get are C-Pens. Those who use the reading pen are now in the main hall with the rest of the students.
  4. Admittedly, I did this as a logon script and just went around and logeed onto the computers when I upgraded from 2010 to 2016, however you'll probably be able to modify it for your needs. I based it off this in order to script Offscrub to run and remove all components of the previous version of office and then kick off the Office 2016 install - there were various computers which had partly installed updates which prevented a clean removal otherwise. Using this, every computer completed successfully. Blog post for basis of script: https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/odsupport/2014/11/03/how-to-uninstall-office-2010-and-move-to-office-2013-click-to-run-or-volume-license/ Offscrub: https://github.com/OfficeDev/Office-IT-Pro-Deployment-Scripts/tree/master/Office-ProPlus-Deployment/Remove-PreviousOfficeInstalls
  5. No probs, pleased you've got sorted!
  6. Yes it's saying the tollerance for installing the Solus3 GUI isn't met, if you go into Settings -> Solus 3 at the top should be a link to Show Solus3 targets (I think it's the same in 3.9) You should have 3 - GUI, Database, Deployment Service and they should all say that they are on your current server - there might be some additional ones there which as long as they are present on another agent you should be able to remove. If they are listed there on your old server and you can't remove them you'll need to get in touch with Capita and ask them about it, I had an issue where the server was renamed after Solus3 had been installed so the old server name was still marked as the active target and they needed to update the target name/id in the database to allow it to work as it should.
  7. I think 3.9 was the last of the dudogy updating pratices, 3.11 is much quicker in kicking them off. 3.9 I think will go int eh batches of the number of simultaneous downloads, wait for the batch to either complete, fail or timeout (which by default is 30 mins from memory) and will then move on to the next batch.
  8. I moved to Utility Point a month ago on a 15 month fix, while early days so far I haven't had any issues. Doesn't work with my Smart Meter though. If you want to stick with British Gas, take a look at Sainsbury's energy - the smart meter kept delivering the meter readings to them, just didn't have all the info that British Gas used to display. Sainsbury's Energy is run by British Gas and normally has a cheaper tarrif. +1 for the Cheap Energy Club linked above as well.
  9. Most of my suppliers don't charge delivery, if they need to for some reason they are always upfront about it. In general though I look at the total cost, if me paying for an item + delivery is cheaper then free delivery I'll either go with that or go back to the other supplier and ask them to sharpen their pencil a bit more (which nearly always works), depends on the situation all being told.
  10. You'd need to contact whoever you get your patches/updates/support through, either Capita or another provider, and they will send you through a patch to apply which will enable the automatic fix that you want.
  11. At the March ANME NW meeting, I think @GrumbleDook showed us a rather useful looking spreadsheet - I keep meaning to ask whether that's something that it specifically for GDPRiS or was it something publically available?
  12. Ok, after setting various additional options such as background colour I gave up, removed all the branding and reconfigured it and the thing decided to work straight away! So the problem, whatever it was, is now solved!
  13. Interesting - the state on yours says Changed, where as mine says unchanged....
  14. Yep, that's the same page I linked above - could you post your get-omeconfiguration output so I can try and see if there's any differences to mine that I can force? I might try setting a colour and see if it is something as obvious as that.... I did have issues with the get/set commands yesterday, I switched my powershell link from the one on the page to one that's written in my notes (not a major difference, but can't remember the exact difference) and the command worked everytime after that.
  15. Yeah I keep emailing my gmail account to rule out it not applying to anything internal.
  16. Yes, get-omeconfiguration returns what I've set, but doesn't apply the logo to the email and doesn't include the Email Text I've added in. It does apply the logo to the OME Portal though which is what I don't get.
  17. Hi all Has anyone been able to successfully apply branding to the OME through Office 365? I've followed the steps in this article however out of the ones I set, the only branding that has applied successfully seems to be the school logo on the OME portal: https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/add-your-organization-s-brand-to-your-encrypted-messages-7a29260d-2959-42aa-8916-feceff6ee51d Just wondered if there is an extra step somewhere that isn't detailed that I'm missing. Thanks
  18. Lucid LADS Plus? It's just been renewed at one school I work in for testing of some sixth form students - https://www.gl-assessment.co.uk/products/lucid-lads-plus/
  19. £6.50 per month or per year?
  20. I've also been looking at OpenOTP as that appears to be free for up to 40 users. I'd be interested in feedback from @tom99w7y2 regarding Rohos as that is one that seems extermly reasonably priced that I've been looking at buying come September when my new budget is available.
  21. Try signing up for this, I think that got the SKU added to our tenant. https://products.office.com/en-gb/student/office-in-education
  22. I think it's because Office 365 ProPlus falls under their "as a service" branch of products so features just get rolled out quicker then they do to normal versions. For your activation issue, take a look at Shared Activations - not tried it though: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployoffice/overview-of-shared-computer-activation-for-office-365-proplus
  23. I think it's due to be included in a future update but can't find the page I read it on at the moment. In the mean time, we've created a mail flow rule with a specific subject to apply the Encrypt policy. Edit: might have been this page or similar on uservoice: https://office365.uservoice.com/forums/289138-office-365-security-compliance/suggestions/33941653--encrypt-rms-template-seamless-read-not-working
  24. Our file servers are all VM's and have been since we went virtual 6 years ago - not had an issue.
  25. I suspect's it like us though at the moment, it may well end up being cost neutral but we haven't got the funds at present to stump up for the initial outlay which is the same for a lot of things currently. When I spoke to our Konica Account Manager the other week, he advised leaving it until the renewal of our contract in a years time simply because copier rental prices had come down, cost per copy was down slightly therefore you should be able to get similar units, with papercut for the same rental price as we're currently paying. Also the situation we're in now using ID&print, we've started the process and it's hasn't cost anything to date - if it works then that's a better business case to move across to papercut for the better features.
