In that case X-13 I'd recommend creating one for the Free Next Day Delivery, market wide product range, exceptional HP procurve pricing, the lack of spam/ "special" offers, unbiased product advice, WiFi expertise, vast experience of educational market, fast quote responses, plus wit and banter (subject to account manager!).

Thanks for all your entries folks, keep them coming- only 2 days to go!

I would recommend the Toshiba NB550D-111 Netbook PC. AMD Dual-Core Processor C-60 - 1.3GHz and AMD Radeon™ HD 6290 Graphics. It only comes with 1GB RAM but you can add another to it to bring it up to the 2GB. Not the biggest netbook fan to be honest with you, but this is the best of the bunch I think at the minute.....without getting into silly money territory. Hope it helps. Chris

I would recommend upgrading them to 2Gb RAM - it will certainly help. Chris

Morning Folks, If you currently have an online account you will be entered automatically, if you have the pleasure of speaking with us but don't currently have access to our website then complete the Account Application section and we'll get you entered. Education or Business Account Applications are fine- we spread the love equally in the public and private sectors! Edugeek Handles- if you pop them in the comments box we'll pick them up. With regard to list of winners, we will indeed be publishing a list of Edugeek handles and what they won (if you would like to opt out of public mention then please mention this in the comments section) Good luck to all and a HO HO HO (It's December so it's officially allowed!)

Just saw this post and we are here for a comparative price also for anyone in need. I agree with the online price comments though, never ceases to amaze me how much some people charge! Chris

You are talking about a difference in cost of around £245 ex VAT so I suppose the main questions to ask would be - How many pages do you think you will print in a month and how fast do you need them to print? Apart from that how much are each set of toners, as if they are around the same cost I would opt for the M551dn. Hope it helps! Chris

Hi folks, To clarify the situation (as reading through this thread has confused even me!): The Zondirector 1100 is available in the following licence bands and the ZoneDirector 1000 can be upgraded by the following increments: ZD1006 / ZD1106 Licenced for up to 6 ZoneFlex Access Points ZD1012 / ZD1112 Licenced for up to 12 ZoneFlex Access Points ZD1025 / ZD1125 Licenced for up to 25 ZoneFlex Access Points ZD1050 / ZD1150 Licenced for up to 50 ZoneFlex Access Points The hardware is consistant, regardless of licence band, and upgrading from one licence to the next is simply a matter of entering in your upgrade key to the UI. The ZoneDirector 1100 and ZoneDirector 1000 are both designed for the same markets, and are available in the same AP license increments at the same list price. The ZoneDirector 1100 is equipped with more memory than the ZoneDirector 1000. Thus, it can support more features than the ZoneDirector 1000. For instance, the ZoneDirector 1100 can manage the ZoneFlex 7025 Wired/Wireless Wall Switch with release 9.1, while the ZoneDirector 1000 cannot. As another example, with the upcoming 9.2 release, Ruckus will be providing a packet capture capability. With the ZoneDirector 1000, captured packets can only be streamed to a separate 3rd party packet analyzer, while with the ZoneDirector 1100, captured packets can either be streamed to a separate server or can be saved locally on the ZoneDirector 1100. As more features are developed for future releases, it can be expected that the ZoneDirector 1000 may be limited in its ability to support some of them. To give the official Ruckus support milestones please see below: Milestone Date End of Life Notification: September 1, 2011 End of Sales Date for ZD1000: February 29, 2012 Last Ship Date: August 31, 2012 Last Day for Advanced Replacement: August 31, 2013 Last Day to Repair or Replace: August 31, 2016 Ruckus Wireless will continue support the product as per the warranty agreement between the customers and Ruckus Wireless. Ruckus Wireless will continue to honor the hardware lifetime warranty for ZoneDirector and ZoneFlex Indoor Access Points. I hope that will clarify the matter. Thanks, Mark Ruckus WiSE Guy

I think the problem is some people only ever see their point of view and let's be honest, no-one here has the right answer. If they did they wouldn't on here, they would instead be sorting it as we speak in the House of Commons......always best to see it from both sides like GrumbleDook and his fence sitting. I was always taught that unless you can see it from both sides, you will never find a suitable solution and instead merely argue your point until you are blue in the face while speaking over people and hushing their views and opinions! Oh well, on and on and on and on, the world it just keeps spinning! Chris

Agreed, Casino Royale was immense but I was a little disappointed by Quantum of Solace to say the least. He is definitely a good Bond though and I look forward to it! Chris

From reading the posts on this thread I think most people's frustration should be aimed at the government, rather than the individuals on benefits. I thought it was called the poverty trap when it is more financially beneficial to sit and do nothing than it is to go to work. Now you have to ask yourself honestly, if someone said to you today that they will pay you more (including all of your bills) to sit at home, how many people would think actually "why go to work when I get more from not going?" Until this issue is sorted out by any government in power, it will always happen and unfortunately it is human nature. The Welfare State works in both theory and practice - It did in Japan before it was implemented here. The main two reasons being, they didn't receive more than they could earn by not working and they have a culture of pride and shame. Meaning that people do not want to sit on their backsides as they actually worry about others opinions of them. Pride and shame hey! ha ha I will leave you on that cheery comment! Chris
