  1. What version of Windows 10 you deploying? 1511 or 1607?
  2. There are several Powershell Commands for creating and modifying GPOs. I've look Ed at it before but found that you needed to specify the OU paths etc and I just couldn't justify the work for what it was achieving.
  3. I do t suppose you use DPM but we have it setup so users can pull the shadow copies directly from the backup via he shadow copy window
  4. Dave, we have many customers who are with you and not having any issues at all. They are very happy and the service is great. Do these customers get an invite as well? Are you chucking in a free lunch?
  5. Printer drivers?
  6. http://jpelectron.com/sample/Info%20and%20Documents/Stop%20crypto%20badware%20before%20it%20ruins%20your%20day/1-PreventCrypto-Readme.asp
  7. Funny the FAQ ask the question whether it costs, but they completely fail to answer the question!
  8. No funny subnets (ie DHCP super scope?)
  9. You use VLANs?
  10. If it didn't go through Fortinet then you would probably have a different external IP which may break some systems. Although a backup is good, if might not provide a backup service for all services and therefore could be pointless.
  11. 11.4 should resolve all the IE11 issues. And you don't need a subscription
  12. Sharepoint is 30 days so I assume Groups is the same?
  13. £40 - probably worth it
  14. We use desktop version and are seeing this happen. 1:1 devices across 6 classrooms. We're probably going for a 1GB connection soon so hopefully will sort. This is a primary school
  15. Don't quote follow what you are saying. You can change a sync username using the following Office 365 power shell command: set-msoluserprincipalname -newuserprincipalname [email protected] -userprincipalname [email protected]
  16. Basically syncs AD to Office 365. So any fields you set it AD will flow to Office 365. Including the email address you specify.
  17. Sorry I am missing something? If you use ADSync then the email address will be pulled from the Mail field so just put in there what you want there email to be
  18. LearnPads?
  19. We are changing our domain in Office 365 for all users. Will Outlook need to be reset to the new username or will it auto detect the change? We are not using ADSync or ADFS I am assuming iPhones and other mobile devices will need updating as they aren't as clever as Outlook might be
  20. Are you planning on running ADSync at all?
  21. Oh the other thing to keep an eye on is any additional domain suffix you have. I was renaming a domain to one of the additional suffix I had previously setup and it caused some issues. Everything looked OK but certain fields didn't seem to update correctly. If I were to do it again I would remove the additional suffix before renaming
  22. Just add a Domain suffix if it isn't present. No need to setup a new domain
  23. Account tab in user's properties in AD. Set User Logon Name suffix to correct email domain
  24. Have you set the correct domain in the UPN field? You shouldn't have to change the domain once synced. If you do then something isn't set right
