selfservice does resolve but i get the 404 error as well

Port 80 is open on the .251 address you show but not .249 that mpsplymouth.net resolves to. So the port looks ok

Also doing mxlookup on mpsplymouth.net gives the SWGfL external IP but a port scan doesn't do port 80/443 as open, only 1723 for VPN

Hi Paul. Using mxtoolbox to lookup selfserve.mpsplymouth.net I can't see that anything exist. Is GoDaddy set correctly?

The settings were wrong but correct now but the iPads are stuck using the old profile and I can't reset it to start again. I can reset in iTunes and then all works. Just trying to save me some time so I don't have to reset all.

Got 30 iPads here that are all trying to enrol in DEP but I've mad a cock up and now they are stuck on "awaiting final configuration". I've managed to sort the DEP/MDM side but the only one I've got working is to reset it in AC or iTunes. Does anyone know a way to reset the iPad from itself to start the whole process again?

I am trying to move Safecom to a new server but have hit a snag straight away. When installing Safecom on the new server it installs but I cannot connect to the server. The admin console just shows the server as "not known to be running". All the services and SQL are running. This is on Server 2016 which installs SQL 2008 R2. Anyone give me some pointers?

I read it somewhere for Windows 10 and it was a Microsoft article so they must recommend it

I have setup ASM for a customer and they originally received the confirmation things were happening. Now when they follow the link it has been confirmed that Apple have approved the school and an email will be set with further instructions. But this email has never been received. Now I don't know what to do. Is there an email I can contact Apple support on? Most of their support requires a Apple ID login but there isn't one setup yet.

MDT doesn't need to run on a server. Just have a workstation acting as the deployment share. The share could be on the NAS so it can be easily moved to a different machine at any time

Click on Settings, Solus3 and export manual installer in the Solus UI. Run the batch file it expects as the server name etc will be pre populated

Install Solus by exporting the manual installing from the admin console. Then add the computer to but browse for Agents not AD and it should work. Ensure firewall is configured on client correctly else it will no appear
