  1. As I understand it, you give the gateway server a public IP and it forwards requests into your private network.
  2. Can you make it clearer in your title that this only affects SIMS please?
  3. This explains a lot... maybe our tickets will get answers now!
  4. tail /var/log/mail.log -n 30 (or similarly named log file, this is the Debian name).
  5. How exactly do you come up with that one?
  6. It's a drawing of a small person with thought bubbles, small-child style. Awesome
  7. It's now in the same position but on the second post of a thread here (I'll take a screenshot if you need it, but it's basically the same problem).
  8. I don't have a problem with the adverts (have to make revenue somehow) but the layout in Chrome is a bit of an issue. Square advert right over the middle of the first post in a thread!
  9. Boy, was that a weird experience... I blame my upstream DNS
  10. Site doesn't respond (Slashdot effect?).
  11. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/f/f2/Edit-clear.svg/40px-Edit-clear.svg.png This quote may require cleanup to meet EduGeek's quality standards. Please improve this quote if you can.
  12. MediaWiki is the de facto original™ wiki software.
  13. powdarrmonkey is confused.. I didn't ask that
  14. It's in VS2010 beta 2.
  15. Shame about the misleading terminology, it would be useful otherwise
  16. Conversely, I keep coming across far too many people who claim to speak XML, but actually struggle with anything more than absolute basics. I think you could do well with this - a good grounding in how SIMS uses XML reports, the schemas and some examples of things you've found useful and any pitfalls you came across.
  17. NP .
  18. Ye-es, in which case we cancel the close request because the user shouldn't be able to close it yet... Not so. We are cancelling the user's request to close it if the button is still disabled.
  19. Ye-es... and then if this is the case, we cancel the pending close message. Otherwise there was some other reason for closing it (e.g. the machine is shutting down) and we just keep quiet and let it.
  20. No, read the braced section of the if statement. The test is whether to cancel the close action or not, and you want to do this if either - the button was enabled and has been pressed - the form is being closed because the OS needs it to, not because the user asked for it to
  21. ||. You want the form to close on either condition.
  22. This is the desired behaviour.
  23. GPL requires any third-party distributed software that includes your code to release source; (three-clause) BSD does not. The FSF would like you to use GPL, because everybody benefits from the third-party source; BSD only requires that use of your source is acknowledged by derivatives so it's less restrictive.
  24. Sorry, that should be || (logical or). I'd keep the brackets in though, if only to make it easier to read.
