Sounds like the Wi-Fi is comming up after login.. It may be a driver update has caused it. look up wireless zero conf as that was a common fix.

You will need an outbound route set up with a dial pattern something like "9." which will match 9 followed by any number.. Point that at the trunk. more advanced would be 90. ( uk national ) 9xxxxx ( local 5 digit ) 9xxxxxx ( local 6 digit )

Yes. I have two sipgate accounts one with a non geographic number and the other with a local code. Both are lines into my freepbx based box. And I use Mitel 5220 Phones in sip mode. I also have an analogue trunk card to connect to the PSTN and an analoug port for a plain handset. TT

to disable.. 1) 1st list the vlans on the switch, then use "static-vlan x" to convert it to static. 2) ensure each inter switch link has each needed vlan tagged rather than AUTO (except the default vlan) 3) issue "no gvrp" TT

can 192.168.10.1 ping alll the vlan gateways adresses?

yes. is 192.168.10.1 on an untagged port for that vlan101

At my old place we binned our .sch. as it was far too long. When I sugested an alternative to the management they were quite happy with "s.....s.net" . However we accepted mail for both domains. When we merged and academised we ended up with 3 former schools domains and another 5 or 6 domains all dropping to the same mail accounts ( our prefered domain name was @WXYZ.org.uk... Senior managagement insisted on r...................t.org.uk TOOOOOOO LONG!! My personal mail at home goes to one of 4 domains, but ultimatly to the same mail account. TT

I have a Obey10 now, it has a DMX polarity setting. Some devices are wired back to front and need this.. perhaps the desk in question has this and its on the wrong setting?? Our crap LED can no longer responds to DMX, found out a couple of weeks ago whilst troubleshooting a dimmer (turned out it had inverse wiring)

Put both ends to 100-half see if its stable. Then 100-full , then 1000{duplex is irrelevant} Also download the free kiwi syslog and set both switches to log debug to kiwi, much easier to spot errors that way. TT Ps. Are these the same ones that were causing errors a few months back?

They may be able to provision different access levels. Having administered Hicom, Samsung, Cisco, Astrisk, Avaya and Mitel over the years and none are without confusion and quirk. One mistake can have assorted knock on effects and each system can be configured manyways to achieve a desired result. As such each company may do things different... My fave, cisco callmanager. At home, freepbx and mitel 3300cx for fun

Still use tape here for long term backup. Ok it's done by an autoloader at the other site across the WAN but i dont see why a single LTO6 direct attached to your backup server is not a viable option for you!
