Use the email account from the onsite exchange as the SMTP settings. Set the from email address as the account on the onsite exchange but for the 'to' address enter your email address.

Intel MeshCentral is free - we use it for connecting to all our servers throughout our MAT and other schools outside of the trust that we support on a contractual basis. MUTINY is great (and cheap) for monitoring for monitoring servers (if they go down it emails you and you can also monitor services). Not sure about monitoring your backups though.

Like others have said you have two choices: 1 Use roaming profiles so everything follows them around (including Outlook settings) - the larger the roaming profile the longer it takes to load though 2 Use Autodiscover so when the user opens up Outlook they just click 'Next' a couple of times and Outlook auto-configures itself - they just have to wait for it to synchronise with the server so the larger their mailbox the longer it will take before they can see all their emails. I guess another option is to show them how to access their emails via webmail when not on their 'main' computer?

It's slow by design as if every single thing you did got pushed out immediately there's a chance it could swamp your network with too much traffic! I think by default every 1 hour the SCCM client contacts the server to see what's going on and implement any changes like you adding any new software to the Software Center. If you're testing it and can't be bothered to wait that long then simply open up the Configuration Manager applet in Control Panel, click on the Actions tab and run the appropriate actions to manually update (I cant remember which ones need to be run and what order you need to do them so I run them all twice in order and that seems to work) just wait a minute or so for the actions to run and then open up the Sofware Center and then if you've added the software correctly it will appear and you can test it!

The minimum spec for iClone 5 is a P4 with 2GB of RAM so I'm guessing the issue will be your graphics cards so it might be a better solution to look at upgrading your computers with a cheap brand of graphics card that can handle it. It's not what I was taught either! All of our Server have been PAT tested, along with all of our Desktop computers. For a desktop computer, monitor and server etc. it's a visual inspection every two years. The power leads (i.e. IEC power cables) are classed as appliances and wherever practicable they should be tested too - i.e. a desktop computer can be powered off so the lead can be removed and tested but a server on the other hand (in all likelyhood) needs to remain on so it's unlike the the power lead will get tested so just a visual inspection for a PAT test.
