OneSpan is a solution we looked at that was very impressive. It looks pricey but you only need a couple of licenses for creators. Didn't go ahead in the end as no one is pushing digital processes apart from me.

Only reason we do number first is easy sorting and/or grouping.

Do you have a helpdesk system that could be adjusted to this?

I'd count it a bit like safeguarding. Report it and let the ICO decide.

Ohhh you lucky devil! We have a repeater on site and the range is ridiculous as we are atop a hill. I live 25 minutes away and can use the radio just up the road, so about 12k as the crow flies. I do like the Hytera radios but do feel they are slightly overkill. And using a server that will only work with a dongle is a pain up the ass. Poor donkey.

Have you checked Event Viewer to see what is happening? The logging is pretty good and not in the general list, it has its own area under Microsoft. It will show you if something is allowed, being ignored or blocked.

It is Estates baby, so they liase with the company we for them from. We sometimes help as there is a server running the backend but not often.

I don't know if it will specifically for your use case but the School Cloud system does do event booking as well as Parent Evening booking. It syncs with various MIS as well so you would just need to ask the question if Applicants can be included. May be overly costly just for Open days though. Something like Eventbrite suggested higher up may be better.

But if you search for initials AND name in subject or body then neither of your examples would match as they have one or the other. I don't think you can search for subject and body as one item.

The only way is to either keep a database of what purpose each name does or manually include each name in each script. No one got time for that.

Also bear in mind that Word can not mailmerge with a data source in OneDrive or Sharepoint. The Word document can be online, just not the data source.

I agree, surname and/or full name search should be enough.

We use the NET2 designer and just don't put titles. Just initial and surname.

Is that group a group of direct users or a group of groups? I have found Azure has always hated nested groups, which is annoying as we use nested groups a lot to save on adding users to many groups.

I'd check that you are set as an administrator. I had 2 emails warning of this change, with steps on how to sort it, in the last month. It is very easy to sort.

That usually means they are not part of a class that is set to be registered. So the pupil is not part of a set (in Teaching Manager) or the set those pupils are in is not part of a registration rule (in Registration). EDIT: If they are in the right class but were added today, run the registration data procedures in the Registration Module. Registers are not live but get created overnight with the current pupil lists. EDIT AGAIN: Also check the pupil data, that there is no end date set and that their starting date is in the past.

Nope, you can always import any image though. It depends on what you are after. If you want rack diagrams and want images of specific devices, you can do image searches. If you want logical diagrams, use generic symbols. If you want port maps, you can get images but I would just create a grid and use that.

Visio is the MS diagram tool. But it is really OTT for just that, though isn't too bad cost wise at £20 a user per year. Get a couple of licenses and make sure any published output is to PDF otherwise all users will need licenses. You can do basic diagrams in Word if needed.

Are the pupils in the MS portal? Could they not be users yet as their start date is probably in Sept?

Have you looked at the log? What rule does it say is letting that traffic go through? Also, going for the basics, is the rule green ticked, and have you clicked save at the bottom of the rule page?

We set all staff avatars to their school photo and all pupils to the school logo. Instant visual check that a pupil is among staff. Still needs staff to look and click that one of these is not like the others.
