About Nooks85

  1. Hi guys, does anyone know how to insert a disclaimer to the bottom of the signature? Cheers
  2. Sorry dude, I managed to do it! But again, thank you for the amazing script!
  3. Hi guys and thanks QwertyMash for the amazing Script! Quick question, does anyone know how I position the logo at the bottom of the signature? (below all of the text). Thanks guys
  4. We have gone ahead with the redaction phase now, luckily our department isn't handling it! We are just hoping that the parents don't come back and request the First/Last Name or Initial query!
  5. The parents have had a MASSIVE falling out with the school and we're pretty certain that this has been done as a final middle finger to the school.
  6. Highly likely that they will bud, but this is what our DPO has advised.
  7. Thanks mate that's really helpful! As the party has specified First/Last name AND initials, we have built the ediscovery to only include emails and files with the query of First/Last name AND initials
  8. I thought the same bud, I have spent the last 3 years advising all staff to use initials when referring to a student!
  9. Thank you for your advice guys, I really appreciate it. I will have to go back to the DPO.
  10. Sadly I haven't misunderstood bud. This has been a request of the parents which has been passed to our DPO and passed to our department.
  11. Thanks guys, the SAR that has been requested by the party is First/Surname and initials.
  12. Hi guys, I wonder if anyone could help. We have received a SAR for a Pupil, the pupil in question has the same initials as a couple of members of staff. The ediscovery is pulling through thousands of emails which include the members of staff. Do anyone know of a filter that will narrow the query down so it encapsulates the Pupils name and the Pupils initials and ignores the members of staffs initials? Thanks in advance guys!
