You looking to buy new or second hand I actually have my last 2 AMD gaming PCs lying around here as I've just upgraded. I agree about the storage - really if you want more than 5 triple A games off steam your gonna need a 1TB drive. If you got a lot of games then maybe a 2TB drive!

It's probably far easier to land a rocket as the rocket catcher is not moving and doesnt have 50 other things moving around it at any one time for the rocket to have to navigate around, also doesnt have morinic pedestrians/cyclists/cars/other impatient rockets jumping out in front of it like a car does.

Problem is theres so much absoloute baloney out there from AI images to made up text I think you really gotta be careful what you believe about somebody nowadays because the internet is just 75% made up AI rubish noawadays. I did see a video of him, talking about having a fine for not employing immigrants in spacex, but they could not employ immigrants because they are a military contractor another USA law states it was illegal for them to employ immigrants? I dont think he can do right from wrong theres always someone who's gonna shout at him. I'll admit I dont watch the news or anything nowaways so I might be totally wrong. When I see him talking in interviews here and there he always seems intelligent realistic and quite normal! It's the reported press where it all starts going down hill with he said this he said that. I take it all with a pinch of salt.

It's insane completely mental that they have got all this working when NASA can barely manage to launch a rocket nowadays. It does confuse me all the incessant musk bashing though. his companies continues to achieve amazing things. I look at the tech on my 2012 generation Tesla and it literally is STILL superior in almost every way to all of the modern leccy cars that have had 12 years to catch up or god forbid actully improve.

I use twitter every day as I post all the sch stuff - never seen that error, ever and use Chrome and Edge so I would lean towards either a extension you have enabled or something to do with your filtering? Easy way to find out would be to take the device and connect it to a hotspot/4g router and see if you get the same error - I suspect not.

I don't think there have been any "compatibility" issues for like the last 10 years. If anything your more likely to have issues with intel currently. My last 3 pcs at home have been AMD.

Yep - ESS are forcing third party support companies be they LEAS or for-profit companies to jump through hoops and accept bad terms and conditions etc so this email as above, gonna happen a lot. Definatly set up Apple School Manager so you can manage school purchased apps across the fleet - and use Mosyle Free to lock them down and apply settings etc. You don't need an apple ID on managed ipads as all the app and settings deployment happens through the MDM and ASM. It's honeslty worth setting up so much easier to run and just works day in day out. PLus if you get more devices later on = super easy to bang them on and send them out.

FYI my old 5412ZL was superior in every datasheetmeasurement to the 48 port Aruba junk my LEA force installed in it's place. They're (were) a hell of a workhorse core switch and the reason I got one is because of the flexibility with the modules my schools is spread out over a large area with many buildings being able to fit a 10G ethernet module for the servers was great, then a 10gig fibre module for the building links was great, then a 48 port POE+ mnodule for the wifi points and phones great, and then the normal 48 port for PCs was great. Loved it. Miss it.

Just sending a Lenovo CB back under warranty today for the same thing - no charge, no lights, usb port seems intact and undamaged but it appears stuck with the battery flat. Will see what they say/do!

You'd probably be better off asking the MIS company you are considering as I would consider myconcern migration as part of the MIS upgrade project (not a seperate thing to worry about).

Just be aware that adobe apps store random stuff in appdata required such as for example parts of websites/saved projects in dreamweaver so if you clear out profiles regularly you will probably be clearing out pupils work too, in certain circumstances. 512GB drives and not redirecting have been the solution here. It's not ideal though. At some point they're gonna fill up and now MS have totally broken delprof it becomes an annoyance.

All ouf our MFD/photocopiers can be used as a scanner so we don't buy any scanners for anyone. Scan to email for all staff seems to work fine. Do you have an MFD/photocopier you can use?
