  2. Ahh when i install it, version shows up as something different. We use it over here and its working correctly. I have a biostore guy ringing me tomorrow morning, i will ask him if there is a newer one. Mukesh
  3. Urm that is a good question, i don't see why it wouldn't work, only thing i think will happen is that you will obviously see a performance drop.
  4. Hi Mate, According to my pc it is version 1.4.0.835. Link attached to the driver: http://lasainteunion.org.uk/docs/mukesh/DPDrivers.zip Mukesh
  5. I will check and report back.
  6. Hi guys, i have a dp driver file left on the biostore server from one of the support guys for us to install on other machines. Works fine on id manager v2 and v3. Will upload here tomorrow if i get a chance. Can i attach files??
  7. Looking at the other threads i am pretty sure sims has already been accessed.

  9. Lol some nice detective work there!
  10. We have a similar setup with the Dell MD3200 daisy chained to a 1200 and 1220. We have MPIO installed on both cluster servers. Works well.
  11. We get it off for one day and not taken out of our A/L. In some rare cases where it is a big/long move the head allows two.
  12. If you have anything which has the name biostore they will help you regardless. To them their name is important and no i don't work for them. They helped us loads of times with mls and cunninghams.
  13. Hi Howartp, We use majority of the major SIMs partner products out there and all can look to the future, majority of the tome it isn't setup initially and needs to be requested through the third party product support. (Majority use groupcall to extract data anyway) Mukesh
  14. Myself and our school do not least anything whatsoever bar photocopiers. We buy refurbed kit every 2 years and save a hell of a lot of money.
  15. +1 This is what we do, we then tell the LA what IPs from their given range need to be special and job done.
  16. Ahh i forgot to write we have a renewals@domain so they go to that they are dedicated to that purpose instead of any emails attributed to others who could have left.
  17. Me too when i get to it! Too much other priorities like a 8 year old server hardware with newest being 3years old! Will keep you in the loop. Hopefully my colleague at another school gets there before i do as he has same network setup as me except for ip addresses.
  18. That is exactly what we do. I do however keep a separate sheet based on alternative costs for comparisons + reasons why we like/dislike them. Helps when someone asks why we didn't go with x company
  19. We have all our machines around the sides of the class. Under the worktop is a placeholder for the machines so the worktop only has a monitor, keyboard and mouse. Staff like it like this as they use the middle of the room with empty tables and chairs which students move to so they are not distracted by the computers.
  20. No worries, at least its there if needed. Sorry i couldn't be of further help.
  21. Hi Kyle, the old place i used to work at used the script on the said users outlook if you give them that on the following link. http://superuser.com/questions/518729/how-do-i-set-up-outlook-to-send-a-auto-reply-during-a-certain-hour-of-the-day-ev I didn't use to help with anything exchange there so unfortunately wouldn't be able to help much but i can sure try if you run into any issues. Regards Mukesh
  22. We get speeds on average of 30mins for an ICT suite using sccm which is roughly 36gig in total. For a base image (Win7 + office 2010!) its 10mins on average. (All ssds) I am going to trial multicast out and see if it will improve our deployment times.
  23. Hi mrbios, i havent done permission assigning or nova in ages! But i believe that the login is the same, and it shouldn't ask for a username and password to the user trying to open nova.
  24. Heres me thinking I'm the only one who does it this way.
  25. Is it an OVS Agreement? As i am 99% certain you need to have a Microsoft base licence on the box first
