+1 for Spiceworks, they have a hosted option too (for a fee)... but I've had it installed locally for years now and it's been great...

+1 for Concrete5 - before I moved the school site to Schudio I used Concrete5, WordPress wasn't logical to me, I hated it... so never had the patience to really get to grips with it... Concrete5 was simple and logical, but still really customisable...

I think so - we've not needed to look into it here, so I've not bothered... 5.2.10 was released yesterday, so it'd be worth asking them to install that for you...

I think the USB Tracking on Impero can do that - though it's not a feature I've tried... As you've already got Impero it's probably something @Dan_Impero can advise on further?

I've used Impero for about 6ish years now, and it's a great piece of kit... and cheaper than getting all the alternatives separately elsewhere if you use all the features... It ticks all the boxes for e-safety / anti-radicalisation, and the support's fantastic...

Yes, I'd looked at rules as I have a few set up for various things already, and they can be scheduled with a start and end date, but they'd have to be scheduled manually each day/weekend... so not really a practical solution... Unless I've missed something... I've had a good luck though...

Hi All, I need to look into options for stopping / bouncing / holding external emails from being received during the hours of 1900-0700... For all members of a certain security/distribution group... Disabling those accounts completely is not ruled out as a solution, but I'd rather continue to let them access their emails and send/receive internally. Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so, how? I'm guessing it'd be a powershell script that could be scheduled to run disable & enable etc. but not got a clue about that! Thanks, Rick

Yes - you can set it on the Impero Server... Settings - Console Access Rights Select the User / PC to change - look down the list for Central Log Viewer and untick it... there's loads of options in there you'll want to untick for the majority of staff...

Could you go in early and disable the automated system for a few minutes to take the call? They do call within seconds so it wouldn't need to be off long...
