  1. Absolutely! Can't wait. Although I have a feeling they're on a "replace/upgrade them when they break" schedule
  2. I live in a small cul-de-sac - some lights are LED and other are not. Huge difference to clarity, focus and pollution - much prefer LED ones.

    Websites!

Yes, I'd say that was quite reasonable. Particularly when you factor in: Features you will need Bespoke theme and developments Meetings/project management Testing Timescale (Under 5 weeks seems rather fast)
  4. Hi Bev. The recurring bookings are essentially just one entry - with the main data being the weekday and timetable week - rather than the date.
  5. Hi Xtronic! I noticed a minor bug with that version during testing, and haven't got round to fixing it yet, sorry! I'll re-visit this soon and post an update when it's ready
  6. Hi @jessica, that's odd.. I have ran that on two test databases and it runs OK. It could be the version of MySQL you're using. Does this one work any better? SELECT `rooms`.`name` AS "Room", IF(`departments`.`name` IS NULL, "No department", `departments`.`name`) AS "Department", COUNT(`bookings`.`booking_id`) AS "Total" FROM `bookings` LEFT JOIN `users` ON `bookings`.`user_id` = `users`.`user_id` LEFT JOIN `rooms` ON `bookings`.`room_id` = `rooms`.`room_id` LEFT JOIN `departments` ON `users`.`department_id` = `departments`.`department_id` WHERE `bookings`.`date` IS NOT NULL AND `bookings`.`date` BETWEEN '2016-09-01' AND '2017-07-31' GROUP BY `rooms`.`room_id`, `departments`.`department_id` ORDER BY `rooms`.`name` ASC, `departments`.`name` ASC
  7. Hi @jessica! Yes, sorry.. here it is! SELECT rooms.name AS Room, IF(departments.name IS NULL, "No department", departments.name) AS Department, COUNT(bookings.booking_id) AS Total FROM bookings LEFT JOIN users ON bookings.user_id = users.user_id LEFT JOIN rooms ON bookings.room_id = rooms.room_id LEFT JOIN departments ON users.department_id = departments.department_id WHERE bookings.date IS NOT NULL AND bookings.date BETWEEN '2016-09-01' AND '2017-07-31' GROUP BY rooms.room_id, departments.department_id ORDER BY rooms.name ASC, departments.name ASC That should give you a result which lists the room, department, and total number of bookings between the given date range. You can remove the "AND bookings.date ..." line if you aren't concerned about that.
  8. Hi @jessica! I have some SQL snippets to run directly in the database, which may produce what you want. I'll have a look and let you know!
  9. Hi Bev That sounds very strange, I don't think I've experienced that particular problem before! Would you be able to send me an email please giving me log in access, and some examples of the problem days, periods, bookings etc, so I can have a look? Email is craig(at)classroombokings.com.
  10. I really like Typeform.
  11. Or orange ones. I've seen on several occasions a simple breakdown truck or tax check vehicle in a layby or on the hard shoulder cause everyone to slow down unnecessarily.
  12. Yes, this is possible. The basic syntax for a query to do this is as follows: INSERT INTO `table_two` (col_a, col_b, col_c) SELECT `col_1`, `col_2`, `col_3` FROM `table_one`; The values from table_one in the col_1, col_2, and col_3 columns will be inserted into the col_a, col_b, and col_c columns of table two. It can get more complicated depending on which rows you want to copy, or if you want some different values, but that's the general idea.
  13. Urgh. Why does everything have to have celebrities in these days?
  14. I recently had a tour of Newcastle Civic Centre. I only had a Panasonic GF1 micro four thirds camera with me, no tripod, and was slightly rushed in places... but managed to get a few snaps of some interesting areas usually out of bounds to the public, including the top of the Carillon tower. View from the top of the tower. Click for full album.
  15. I remember seeing this recently: Assembly
  16. "You mean Google?" "Errmm..." "It's that thing, on the computer." "Internet Explorer?"
  17. Is the "CN" marking on it short for Centaur?
  18. How many degrees does the teacher have?
  19. Why would you want to block parents of students from following updates about the school? Seems a bit counterintuitive to the account in the first place. What about just removing the links to the tweets from the website feed?
  20. Hi andylorenz! I think the main issue you are having is that you have put the config.php and database.php files in the same place as the index.php file. The config.php and database.php files should be in the system/application/config/ directory. Try moving them there, and see if the page loads again. Craig.
  21. Despite the website saying requires Windows 8 or higher, it seems to be running OK on Windows 7 for me.
  22. Still no firm date for the next version unfortunately! The version you have is the most recent one available. The copyright year is just from the very first release of it
