witch

Absolutely no idea. But there are two identical computers in the office and the other one doesnt have a problem

Updated graphics drivers (they weren't in at all as it happens - LA computer, not mine!) Sadly the problem persists. Anyone got any other ideas?

I love Resident Evil Then again, I've never played the game

Would have come and cheered you on if I had known

I agree

Happy Birthday @BKGarry May you always have as many bags as you need

i know nothing about SIMS because up to now it has been on the admin network, not my curriculum network. I'll have a look at the graphics drivers, thanks

Yes, fine, but you did talk about "selling their stories" which was a bit inflammatory

No, nor me. I think you will find that the newspapers have been trying to keep up with the story. Those girls are great examples of young people who have faced adversity and come through - and can be role models for other youngsters facing limb amputation or other challenges. *edit - I think there was an article in the Daily Mail about it

Not sure where this should be! We have moved to Hosted SIMS -which may or may not be relevant - and one of the admin users is finding that when she exits SIMS, her desktop icons have disappeared and only reappear if she "paints" the desktop with her mouse pointer. Has anyone ANY ideas why this might be happening? I can't say I've ever seen it

Welcome all...

Not in our house. The discarded and unwanted troublemakers are ALL THOSE CREMES...yuck!

It is based on a true story, apparently. I'd never heard of it but looked it up and it was very interesting

I love toffee and am sad to see it go. But mrwITch, whose favourite sweet is the Crunchie, is very happy

Just seen The Magnificent Seven I liked it very much - yes, it isn't the original but that was made in 1960 so I think a remake is acceptable. How acceptable a character like Denzel Washington's would be in a Southern State after the Civil War is debatable though

What???? I can't even...

Or if it really does need to go - then SLT tell her so. End of

Short??? I'm 5ft 7! Not short... But thanks for the "lovely" ..annnddd back to topic

Hellooooo? Did someone call? Trust me, at the moment I am definitely feeling withered and crone-like. But it is nice to be described as "our witch"

I'll try it but.....why do the other 60 odd pick up the stuff fine?????

I got one yesterday. Looks quite plastic-y and less "real" than other countries polymer notes

I would have said that the way he is is a perfect example of happy - in a general sense. I don't think you need to dissect every single second to make sure all is great 100% of the time. Happy is an overall state where you are doing things that you find ultimately fulfilling - they may be frustrating, tiring and annoying at times, but that doesn't mean you aren't happy doing them

the event logs are showing that the laptops in question aren't picking up all the policies. But I have no idea why it would affect around 6 of the 70 we have, all of which are identical. I even re-imaged one and it still won't do it

I am slowly upgrading our yoga laptops to Office 2016. I have created an OU that will install Office 2016 and in most cases, when I move the laptop into the OU, all works fine. But I have several laptops that just won't play. I have gpudated them, taken them off the domain and put them back, and even changed their names in some cases, with no luck at all. I have them on AC power, and with or without an ethernet connection. Occassionally, after the nth reboot, one will pick up the OU. Can anyone think of how to get this to happen a bit quicker, or give me an insight into why it isn't happening? thanks
