The only A1 plus licences I have are "Student" though, so if I assign that presumably it will muck up the Teams stuff for staff?

But I only have these;

Ages ago one of my teachers logged in to office.com and downloaded Office 365 having logged in to it using his school credentials. He is now getting a message saying it is not activated and most of it's functionality will cease on May 1st. If he clicks re-activate and tries to sign in, it gives this; It doesn't even ask for his password! In the 365 Admin Center against his account, it shows this; That's correct isn't it? Please help! Thanks, but I'm not entirely daft! Their email is hosted on-site on an exchange server. The password to that won't be affected so they can still log in to their email and get it.

Couple of questions regarding resetting passwords; When I reset a users password it asks if I'd like to send them an email telling them their new password. It always has *my* email address in the box. Why, and can I make it be the users email address by default? I have found powershell commands to bulk reset people's passwords. Do these send an email to the user telling them that their password has been reset, and what it has been set to? Thank you Stuart

I only have 8GB RAM, and I had to assign 6GB to it in the launcher before it would even load. Looks good now I've been in though. I'm playing Skyblock 4 a lot at the moment but I hope to spend some time on here too.

Only four and a half years later, but I'm trying to do this at the moment. Can anyone help please? I found "Selection Timetable?" as suggested by @CarpeDiem, but don't know what to do with it. I just want a list of every single class with all the kids and the teacher who teaches it.

I added my Minecraft name in to my EduGeek profile 2 days ago and it still says I'm not whitelisted. Thought I'd have a look at what it's all about......

I'm now about to try and sync my classes up to O365. I already use AzureAD to sync all the accounts up. Will Salamander conflict in any way? Does it really just create lots of classes populated with my kids and teachers? Sounds too good to be true!

Seems it was just time I needed. Logged in this morning and I can see what I should be able to.

Anyone got any further thoughts on this please? I logged a ticket with MS Support yesterday but am yet to hear and really need to get this working! Thank you Stuart

Office 365 A1 for faculty I am an admin, but I have a teacher testing things with me too and he gets the same.

I have this; Office 365 A1 for faculty Assigned to me in the Admin Centre. If you expand it, literally everything except the MDM for O365 is turned on. That's correct isn't it? The "Office 365 A1 Plus for students" one prevents you from adding classes I believe?

That did cross my mind as to whether there are different version. Under licensing I have got " Office 365 A1 for faculty" assigned to me, and in there I've got Teams on. Is there something else I should check?

It doesn't offer me the dialogue box shown on that page. I just get the attached.

Hi all, Very recently started playing with Teams, web based not the application. I've created a "Team", but when I go to "Assignments" it says "You need a class to start using assignments! Teachers: Start here." If you click the "Start here" it takes you to a help page telling you how to create a Team. Anyone any ideas please? Stuart

She's gone now so I can't se the failure, but it was literally the one about "you don't have permission to send" so I did the "On behalf of" bit in the link you posted and it sorted it out. As far as I could see, everything else was the same for permissions, sending as/behalf, whatever else. I was getting them to email me each time from themselves or either of the other accounts I was trying to get working. All working now anyway so thank you very much.

In Exchange Management Console, I've just right clicked a mailbox and done "Manage Send As Permission", added someone and all is well. I've just done exactly the same again on a different mailbox, but with the same user as I assigned on the first mailbox and they can't send on behalf of. It bounces back saying they don't have permission. I tried giving them Full Access and have the same result. Why would this be please? Thank you Stuart

I'm sure I saw something the other day from Capita about entering the Y code and I can't find it at all now. Did I make it up, or did I see something? Anyone know where it is please? Thank you Stuart
