Agreed, their support is excellent. You speek to a human being, and if you tell them to fault stems from a certain component they'll send and engineer (next day) with that component. Speak to Jamie Stewart, he's a nice chap (if a bit strange).

Can I just ask what do you really gain from a product like community connect? In the days when you had NT4 servers and Win95/98 on the desktop I could see why you'd need something like CC. User management is NT4 was pants, and the built in security in Win98 was utter cack. But in this day and age you do pretty much everything you need with a vanilla network. If not you're better off getting a specialist industry standard tool to do the job.

I've found this to be a nightmare. We have Canon MD160s which are brilliant but are now discontinued. We also use Canon FS100s, they have two annoying habits. One you can't download video via USB unless they're connected to the mains. So we have to issue card reader. They also name their files with the .MOD extension which needs to be changed to .AVI or .MPG to work with Movie Maker. We've got Serif MoviePlus X2 to deploy, hopefully this'll smooth things over.

Most printers have an inbuilt function to print multiple copies of anything sent to it. Print out a menu map, it should confimr weather or not your printer has this feature.

I'd try the folowing, checking to see if that Font already exists on the machine, if it does remove it. I'd also be looking at the media and the opticle drive.

We're not actualy using it (it was supplied by mistake), but we have an 'Aten Video Matrix VS-0202'. Does execaly what you need.

Are there any user guides for Orca anywhere? I've looked at it be it seems to have a near verticle learning curve. As for Install Taylor, that's a really handy piece of software.

We've got one, the image is as good as our Tosh and NEC projectors. We'd definatly buy one again.
