I know that pain Wonde have literally just ghosted me and won't reply to my emails.
-
I am and I’m the only person they have contact information for. Oh way ahead of you. I really wish it was as simple as them being in my spam folder.
-
Would except that however all of there own documentation claims you get it in week 3 of the onboarding process.

Just to chime in, I'm currently migrating a school from SIMS to Arbor and the date I have to upload the SIMS database is Friday... Only problem is they haven't sent me the emails with the secure portal information that I was supposed to get last week and my support email has gone unanswered. Brilliant just one more headache to end the term on

That's the guide I'm using and it refuses to work. FortiGate but it isn't that as I attached the Chromebook to my mobile hotspot and it still does the same thing. As a test I tried to use Okta as my IDP and it works fine. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Does anyone know how to set up Wonde so it takes over Chromebook logins? I've fiddled with it for days and done everything listed in the help/guide on the Wonde site and can't get it to work. I get nothing but a spinning wheel of doom at the login screen. I've contacted Wonde support but I've got nothing but radio silence and they don't seem to be interested in supporting their own products anymore and just push you off to a "partner", it would help of course if they had a list of partners on the site but I guess I'll just get my crystal ball out. Not that it matters as I refuse to pay a third party to configure three settings in my Google admin setting page that Wonde could easily tell me. I have a feeling the guide Wonde provided (it's sort of hidden now) is out of date and settings have changed since it was written.

It is Capita you are dealing with, by far one of the worst companies I have ever had dealings with.

From what I know you need to sign something they send you to complete your cancellation. The generic email address to send your cancellation notification letters to is [email protected].

All of this and: The site will grind to a halt doing simple things like scanning book barcodes... the horror! I don't know what kind of database it runs in the background but it clearly isn't up to the task. Recently we couldn't get in to the librarian/admin interface unless you knew a workaround. Capita knew of the problem and how to get around it but didn't bother in inform anyone, you had to dig around the "My Capita Portal" forum so some other poor Reading Cloud user to share this top secret information. It's old clunky and no ware near worth what they charge per year for it. I'm ashamed that I paid for it as long as I did, and still am due to the "unbendable terms and conditions". If you contact support about any speed issues you will get this response that it's your internet connection, the browser you're using or even the OS you're using. All complete rubbish of course but they won't have any of it, they also farsically claim that "only a small percentage" of schools have speed issues however all the schools I know that did use it or still do all hate it with a vengeance. One of them even went back to using paper records and stamps. Oh and it's now owned by Captia and Captia are the worst.

Having exactly the same problem, magically my renewal date move forward a month from last year. I can't be arsed fighting them on it though, I spend more on printer toner a month than what I pay for a years worth of Reading Cloud. They did tell me that only a "select few schools" are having performance issues though... hahahaha

Cool will email today.

Yes and it's still garbage... Hay Libresoft can you transfer Reading Cloud databases?

macros using symbolic links to redirect home folders to network drive

The trailing \ at the very end of the command was causing the prompt it shouldn't have been there, also the "OriginalHomeDirectory" active directory attribute isn't used anymore depending on what Windows Server version you use... my bad sorry about that! Here is the code that should work for you: dscl /Active\ Directory/DOMAIN/All\ Domains -read /Users/$CURRENTUSER SMBHome | awk '{ print $2 }' | tr '\' '/' "tr" at the end is the command that will do the character swapping. Good Luck -
It's all down to the garbage fest drivers Apple provides. You try using alternative ones, specifically for the intel chipset.

Why on Earth couldn't they sodding say that on the website?! Jesus how incredibly tedious... how about they just give me the software and I will install it, I'm a big boy. They're out of luck now anyway, I revoked acces to T2P because I didn't know what it was for and now it's completely missing from "My Apps". T2P are just as much the blame as Wonde with the severe lack of information given about this service. Just whats so wrong with a CTF import anyway?
