  1. Get a dehumidifier for drying clothes they use very little electric and works a treat overnight in a room with the doors shut. Using a slow cooker to cook meals is far cheaper than the hob/oven and probably the microwave. https://www.taste.com.au/recipes/collections/top-100-best-slow-cooker-recipes
  2. Gas moved from £400 per therm to £800 per therm in the spate of 2 hours this morning, it dropped a bit. One analyst on the radio this morning said gas is going to become even more expensive (don't we know it already) and is the one to worry about more than oil. https://tradingeconomics.com
  3. The Power of the Dog - Netflix, nice twist at the end.
  4. Inventing Anna - Netflix, down to the last episode now so no spoilers please, but we all know what happens anyway. Been entertaining and funny and amazed us how people actually fell for the confidence tricks, although a lot of it is made up and just pure conjecture on behalf of the series we have enjoyed it. When con artists talk the talk and your sucked in by your own greed you tend to fall right into their hands.
  5. Looks like that bee in the bonnet needs slapping, put your side to the SLT and just watch him\her to be told that its not going to happen. Don't they remote in at times and backup during nights\weekends Should probably concentrate on turning lights off, and also closing doors and windows to keep the heat in, Oh aren't we supposed to keep doors and windows open for ventilation (COVID) or has the site manager been locked in a closet for the last 2 years.
  6. I think maybe the NYT spent and wasted lot of money for nothing.
  7. Been with Konica for the last 3-4 years no issues with them. C658 and C3351 x 2

  11. Hi All, I have never been really into gaming on computers or consoles, so I am looking for a bit of advice, my grandkids are both under 10 and I am looking to get a console for the house for when they visit, but I am just not up to date when it comes to consoles and what I should be looking at. I am looking at purchasing 2nd hand, the one grandson has a Nintendo switch and a couple of games and also loves watching those stupid Minecraft videos on youtube which I have blocked at home because it drives me nuts listening to screeching Americans playing it on YouTube so its blocked. Any advice appreciated even if its don't do it Thanks
