  1. Do you mean the app? If so it's built into Windows 10 Or am I misunderstanding what you mean Steve
  2. Yep, that's what I said above Got 5 accounts... 5 companies/schools, 1 Outlook profile. Added via Add Accounts. All show up as options for mailboxes/calendars etc. (Note add accounts, not mailboxes) As long as you log in to each one no reason you should have problems, unless you're specifically locking down programs etc. Same with Office 365 (Word/Excel etc), all can be logged in at once, unless you're forcing restrictions to limit who can log into it. Steve
  3. Not sure what you really mean by that comment really. Office 365 is office 365, whether or not you log into it with different domains at the same time it's still the same instance? So like if you're logged into 365 with SchoolA and SchoolB at once you mean? *Edit - Or are you actually forcing two instances on purpose? For some reason Steve
  4. Yep you can log into multiple 365 accounts within one profile (Got 5 here!). Just add an account and each mailbox is treated separately, diff. data files etc assuming that's what you want Just go File -> Add account Steve
  5. Yeah ironically despite my earlier comments it seems it's now worked down south! Strangely though can access some stuff fine, while others not at all... DNS replicating?? Steve
  6. Seems lots reporting it, but working fine here so guessing it’s locational Steve
  7. Yeah unless I'm misunderstanding what you want, seems you're overcomplicating it. You have a channel in streams that you setup, and add the channel to teams via a tab (Can be searched by name etc), and then it'll auto add videos to teams. No groups/manualness needed unless you specifically wanted groups for security etc? Steve
  8. I take it you do actually have a custom collection setup? I thought /Sites/ only refers it when custom collections are made, so if you don't have any or deleted them it won't actually be there If you look in the admin centre -> sharepoint etc etc does it show there are custom sites/collections? Steve
  9. I take it you don't use salamander etc? We have ours set to pre-provision OneDrive for people to use automatically before they log in, but just wondering if you might have it only set for certain licenses etc? If they manually try to access OneDrive via browser etc, does it still work for students without provisioning status? Steve
  10. Is it actually an MP3 file? From your AIFF comment, guessing it's created on a Mac, so guessing it's not something stupid like a Flac just renamed? Do you have a copy you can share, or is it private stuff? Steve
  11. As long as they are still mapped as a shared drive (on the RDS server via GPO for said user), you can just publish explorer.exe T:\ etc and it'll open up as normal Steve
  12. I mean generally it depends what you're likely to put in them (More like amount etc) as obviously they need room to cable up/power blocks/fibre etc that don't always like to sit flush etc. Also the type of switches you use, as brands seem to differ a fair bit sometimes, even from the official sizes to what you actually need by the time you have non-bendy power cables et But normally I'm a fan of 60cm if possible, as gives that bit of extra space for when something stupid likes to happen (Yes I know some will say it's overboard, but the amount of times small ones end up crushing cables in etc) Steve
  13. If you mean a parody it bypasses copyright: But only for part of it, if you mean a whole copy etc that's different Steve
  14. https://mkerala.com/solved-google-classroom-we-are-sorry-but-you-do-not-have-access-to-classroom/ Steve
  15. Who's supposed to be editing the fields on the stamp? In regards to your "request annotation" etc. Afaik, dynamic stamps only let you edit the text when they're placed. So you could have a template setup that adds a box "add department/signature etc" but that'd be filled in for the person who's adding the stamp (I'm guessing you/finance) If you're after adding the stamp, and then sending it off to another department (let's say maths) where they fill in those boxes I don't think stamps will work Is this basically to replicate the old rubber stamp boxes etc? Steve
  16. Synology cloud sync enables you to sync a shared folder (NAS wise) to any cloud service, So you can easily just have a folder setup that you want shared etc, and it syncs to a shared OneDrive folder. https://www.synology.com/en-uk/dsm/feature/cloud_sync Just removes the faff with VPNs etc, but obviously doesn't have the login/lockdowns if you really want them. Was just a thought Steve
  17. Another example regarding Zoom (again in all fairness a combination of open settings etc), but just an example regarding why people are concerned Coronavirus: Teachers in Singapore stop using Zoom after 'lewd' incidents https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-52240251 I know they said they were adding options for locking things, anyone using it found those new options yet? Steve
  18. That only applies to Customer service (not ringing a business/support team etc) nothing stopped businesses from using those numbers, including charges It very much depends on what a company is using the number for, a random example (Salvation army https://www.salvationarmy.org.uk/contact-us ): Mailing list and financial donation enquiries: Telephone: 020 7367 4800 Clothing bank or collection enquiries: Telephone: 0845 458 1999 etc Steve
  19. What exactly is the purpose of the VPN etc? If it's only for sharing files between users etc, wouldn't it be easier to just base it on a shared OneDrive/Synology sync Got a similar setup just using a shared folder within OneDrive that syncs to NAS via CloudSync, all users can connect to the OneDrive share Unless you actually want to manage logins via AD etc seems like making a job a lot harder than it's needed Steve
  20. Any embedded images/links in signatures? Sometimes it can get over sensitive to these and nuke it (Would be worth trying one of these without that turned on) Steve
  21. What exactly do giving these details agree to? If it's going to be sales bombardment left, right and centre, would be nice to know before people enter Please Enter Your Work Number Please Enter Your Work E-mail Steve
  22. I know this was in regards to business side, but we have a 365 sub in the household (mainly to help with parents stuff, but yeah...) and it seems there's new stuff coming to all subs There's now: Teams Personal Edition (As in the name) Microsoft Family Safety (Monitor/manage access across consoles/pcs/phones etc) And ironically, the most interesting one (As least in regards to less work for me yay!): Technical support for Windows 10, and all Microsoft 365 apps Steve
  23. Is this users at home or on site? Normally that kind of thing could be something like they've left their proxy settings on (if you still do it that way), and it's trying to access it via exceptions etc so can't resolve where it's connecting to Steve
  24. CMM Technology LLP was the original technical partner of SIMs for that, not sure if they still are though? Steve
  25. On your upgrade TS have you told it to ignore any compat errors? Honestly with that large an inplace upgrade it's likely to have something flag up which would interrupt the install Steve
