You need to get an ebike - then you pay taxes on the electric - and for buying the new bikes OK - not much electric - I reckon I used about 22p a week for commuting but it still counts and - plus point you get a new bike!!!!! and you always need a new bike

Oi!! some of us retirees have enough problems with froggery ( is that supposed to be 1 d or 2???) without another $usualsuspect chipping in!!!! anyway - it is damn difficult getting up before 9 -ish - and watching Fantomworks - before working out whether or not to go for a bike ride before or after lunch and then I had to grease the jockey wheels on the derailleur wheels on the gear change and oil the chain and then there is the shopping to do - at least 3 times a week damn difficult and today was bin day - just to add to the pressure and the window cleaners came round to do the windows it's just none stop round here!!!!! It's just hard work being retired

I've been following all this stuff about the AV vaccine being paused ina a lot or EU countries The figures do not seem to support the decision - and I have been wondering about them - the incidence of clots it way below the normal rates never mind being increased today there was a UK Doctor who said what I have been thinking it seems like the vaccine actually lowers that rate of clots rather than increasing it - the data that is being used to justify the pause actually seems to show a possibility of the opposite?? not to a massive amount enough to justify saying it prevents clots - but certainly not the opposite I think
