Hi All, I have updated a few users to the latest version of Foldr Client and Office applications are showing the drive as disconnected. (Still working and uploading without any issues but staff are worried) Notepad/Paint and File Explorer are showing its connected and working fine. Laptops are up to date with Windows/Office Updates. Anyone else having this issue?

Wouldnt it be Proplus (for staff) that needs to be turned on.

Unlocking BitLocker with TPM - should I clear the TPM?
newpersn replied to Ertech's topic in Windows 10
No issues with TPM on Dell Latitude 5470/5570/3470 Just had to make sure Bios was on the latest release. Turned on TPM and enabled there. Started Windows and started bit locker. Key backed up to text file and AD. -

Whole drive. I told the user it will take ages to encrypt. Didn't give me the option for used data - plus I'm unsure if that option works with Windows 7.

Seagate Expansion Drive 4TB, I'm guessing its a fault with Windows 7. Bitlockering fine on Win 10 1903.

Hi, Yes i know it Windows 7. We havent had the OK to upgrade these machines to Windows 10. A user has brought a 4TB external drive and trying to bitlocker it and it falling on Windows 7, (Bitlockers fine on Windows 10) Is there a patch for Windows 7 to encrypt drives larger than 2tb? I've currently left it encrypting on a Windows 10 Laptop. although it took 5 mins to get to .1% on a USB3 port. (There is an error message which come up but i have forgotten it now)

How do i remotly get computers to look at a DC for time? When i enable to service it get the time from the CMOS (which is an hour out) if there something i can set in GPO to get it time from the DC or a NTP server (as secondary)
-
Got a random time issue at a site. The Time is out of sync. I have corrected the Host and re-enabled time sync with the guest. (SWGfL NTP syncs to host > Time sync with the virtual DC). The DC's all have the right time and the servers i have checked also have the right time. Looked at a few 1903 computer the Windows Time Service is disabled?! Why is the time service disabled?
