There my plans for tonight... Power off and fix this mess. Glad its only 3 VM's.

Ive had this before. I ended up having to power off the VM and let it do its merge with the VM. It did mess up the C drive vhd on our domain controller and had to restore the drive back. As im typing this. Just seen a backup failed email come though with the same error... Hyper-v host is 2019 and VM's are all 2019 as well.

Thank you for the heads up. - I will get our BM to have a look at the contract if we did move away. It used to be STL Communications before they got took over by Focus, We are having issues with external lines dropping out or getting access denied when trying to dial out. Network isn't the greatest, Not many Unifi POE switches, Flat network, Netgear switches that are about 10+ year old. Been here nearly 4 months and starting to open a large can of worms... What is the phone system they use?

Hello, Just looking at our phone system contracts and i think its up for renewal soon, We still have cooper coming in to feed the phone lines. (Yes i know its getting switch off next year but no-one hasn't done anything about it before i started) Our current system is IPEC's on-prem and i think its around 10 years old. I've emailed Focus about our phone system and moving to a SIP line, just waiting to hear back (our current support contract is with them) Is there any other suppliers that anyone would recommend? Thanks in advance.

So... following on my other topic.. I'm trying to remove this email from everyones inbox and having issues with powershell commands. I've done the search using the website of exchange and that looks to be finished. But when i go to run the delete command like above i get this error. What am i doing wrong here?

Something is blocking IPPSSession from running when connected at work. Took my laptop home for lunch and it worked. Now to delete this email..

Looking at this. Website hosting wont touch .gloucs.sch.uk and RM are not wanting to change any of our settings until they see a PO. Currently looking at Krystal and looks like its still free (from their AI Chat)

Looks like our website hosting company can deal with our DNS and its already included within our contract.

No access to this. Our internet connection is managed though EXA, School not been with RM for internet connection for about 10 years. (I think)

Hi, Wonder if anyone could advise, Logged a call with RM earlier to make a change to a A record and it appears we don't have a valid contract but they do hold our address. Has anyone moved their DNS hosting away from RM and if they did who did they use please? Was it painless or cause issues? Our website/email address does have the ".gloucs.sch.uk" domain.

We're back up and running again now.
