Hi, Thought i would start my own topic rather then jumping on someone elses.... (Sorry).... Ive been playing around with this and would like to roll this out after Christmas to some pupil devices that are coming in and back out again... I have managed to setup the basics but need help. (Yes i'm admitting i need help) I have a test laptop next to me that i have been using to test this. I have installed Windows and at the OOBE screen and used the powershell script that joins Autopilot. I have removed the assigned test user from the device and now when starting it asking for Microsoft Account information (with the option to join domain wich i dont want) How do i get past this point? Thanks in advance.

Have I done something wrong. Do you assign users to the devices? Tested today and it come up with the test account I was using.

Not really. Depending on size of mailbox and how much cached mail you keep you keep storee Didn't see any dip in bandwidth or connection issues. -
Exchange Online - Outlook Freezing all the time

I've swapped users who reported issues with Outlook to cached mode and that has seemed to helped. Not had any more reports as of that and its been a few weeks. -
I'm guessing by doing this, I would need to turn each laptop on and connect to LAN and run those commands. What happens after you ran the script? Laptop restarts and happy to be used the students with the MDM applied to the system? Sorry for the so many questions. Willing to share? We are currently looking at student laptop loan scheme and have a trial of Intune currently.
-
So. Clean install (add software if needed) (don't connect to Internet) Get hardware hash and upload it to Intune. Sysprep /generalize /oobe What do I do at the oobe? Kick autopilot in with the profile on a stick? Sorry. I think i spent too much time reading i to this and got confused.
-
How do I get the hardware hash? Its a dell latitude 5470 im playing with currently?
-
I looked at that and looked away as I'm not using SCCM. Ideally looking at something to run at OOBE. To join to azure and apply MDM policies.

I'm Jumping on the band wagon here. I have been playing with Intune and Azure. I can get the laptop to join Azure but doesn't apply Intune to it. What am i doing wrong. I've currently tired using a clean laptop and autopilot at the OOBE.

Havent got a clue about using powershell. Its showing thr cert in mmc but not in exchange or IIS. I got the pending one looking for a cer file. Am I better off removing the expired wildcard and importing the new one?
-
Hello, Trying to replace the wildcard cert on our Exchange Server. and I'm getting a "a certificate with the thumbprint already exists when trying to bring the cert back in. " I havent done a cert for a little while, What am i doing wrong? Thanks

Ah, That's makes sense. It left the cached mode set at its default. (1 year) Annoyingly the user I tested it has a big mailbox + shared mailboxes. Both sites don't roam appdata. (Just the normal stuff - Desktop, Docs etc)

Hello again. I have a few issues with Outlook 2016 on a few users computers. Every so often it will freeze and get a pop up saying "Outlook is trying to get data from Exchange" (Message along those lines) This is happening at multiple sites. All are on SWGfL but 1 is on FTTC (70/20) and other 2 are on 100/100 fibre line. GP is set so outlook is connected to Exchange online. I have tested cache mode but gave up after an hour as it was still trying to pull emails down.... Is anyone else having problems with Outlook and Exchange Online?

Well. It turned up. And so far so good. I've thrown cities skylines and two point hospital and it copes. And I haven't heard the fans go full force yet.

Exchange 2016: On-Prem Archives to Office 365 Archive
newpersn posted a topic in Enterprise Software
Hi, We have a few users with On-Prem Archive mailboxes and i would like to move them to Office 365 Archive. We have Hybrid setup and we can set users who havent got a Archive mailbox to create a Archive mailbox on Office 365. (I have done this to my self and it has created a Office 365 Archive mailbox - I didnt have a On-Prem archive mailbox) How easy is it to move users that has a On-Prem Archives to Office 365? Thanks -

Hi. Currently looking at the gaming laptops. I dont have the space for a desktop/desk currently. I seem to be out of date with current gaming hardware. Is there much difference between a GTX 1660ti, 1650 and a 2060? (other than the 2060 is the newer) Not looking to spend silly money. Laptops that i have been looking at have a intel 9th or 10th gen i5 with the above. (may be 9th gen i7 1660ti) Thanks

I know the projectors in question work with the YT120. Have you got links for the YT131? I may just order a 120 and hope that it works without a hitch.
-
Does anyone know of a supplier of Casio projector remotes (or universal remotes that work with Casio projectors? Tying to find some and its been a pain to get some and unsure if any universal remotes work.

We are after a device that we can plug in to our network and will connect to a Mac Mini on the other side of the school. So device is USB via network switches to another room to plug in or software to get the device. (If that makes sense)
